2N GAME JAM
Welcome to our first game jam, for Unreal Engine game Developers. This game jam is for anyone who wants to build a game using Unreal Engine. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me on twitter (@twoneruonstream) or join our discord community.
Theme: 'The First'
Given this our first game jam and a good portion of the community, even if they are experienced programmers are new to game dev and/or Unreal Engine, our theme is 'The First'. You may interpret this however you wish (just be aware one the two winners will be selected on theme).
Rules
- The game must be made in Unreal Engine
- Anything goes gameplay/story wise (as long as it fits with the theme)
- Custom Assets or Epic Assets only
- 700MB max for art assets
- 500MB max for code & art assets
- Finished (unbuilt) project must be uploaded to repository (please complete the form linked below)
- Built projects must be uploaded to itch.io
Prizes/Places
Community voted best game: All people who contribute an entry to this jam can vote on other games. The winner of this place will get:
- a YouTube feature on their game
- a $10 Epic Marketplace asset of their choice
Judge's choice on best interpretation of theme: Judges will decide whose entry is the strongest take on the theme. The winner of this place will get:
- to participate in the selection of the next jam's theme
- to be a judge in the next contest
- a $10 Epic Marketplace asset of their choice
- A YouTube feature on their game.
