Welcome to the Medieval Side Scroller GameJam! In this event, we challenge you to create a 2D side-scrolling game set in a medieval world full of adventures, mysteries, and epic challenges. Participants will design their own medieval universe, from towering castles and ruined villages to enchanted forests and dark dungeons.

The main focus of the game will be the classic side-scroller gameplay, where players must navigate levels filled with obstacles, enemies, traps, and clever challenges. Players will control medieval heroes such as knights, wizards, archers, or rogues on their quest to save the kingdom from a dark threat.

Rules:

• Platform: 2D side-scrolling game.
• Theme: Medieval (fantasy or realistic).
• Duration: 48 hours.
• Team: Solo or group (maximum of 4 people).
• Minimum requirements: The game must include at least one playable level, a protagonist with specific abilities, and at least one enemy or final boss.
