241 Game Jam is an event where you make a game from scratch in about a week!

Starting Jan 23rd and ending Jan 30th

Fen and I wanted to participate in a game jam, and with so many buddies of ours being as talented as they are we thought we could bring more of y'all along. With just over a week's warning we know it'd be hard to commit too much time but if you wanna make something we're happy to have you!

the exact rules are written down  but in general we'll be pretty lax. We don't plan on having any sort of judging period or ranking, but at the very least I'll play and review each entry. To that end, don't feel too pressured to incorporate the prompt in each and every part of your game, its mostly there to get your brain thinking.

If you want to join in but not sure where to start, we'll have a bunch of links in the discord server that can help fill the gaps in your skillset or give you some sort of tool to get started.

We highly encourage you to post some sort of daily progress update be it a screenshot or some small milestone. It'll help keep you motivated and let you ask for help for feedback early on.
