DEADLINE EXTENDED to Dec. 6!
2400 is a lo-fi sci-fi RPG featuring starships with CRT monitors, mind-backups on cartridges that get wiped in magnetic storms, and medics hauling around spare-tire-quality cyber-limbs. But more than that, it's a plug-and-play toolkit, each module a microgame that can be printed out on a single page of paper. It's designed to be quick to learn and easy to hack. To facilitate that, it's now got a Creative Commons licensed system reference document (SRD) and layout template, 24XX. So please, by all means: hack away.
Make something for or from 2400. Offer your own interpretation of "lo-fi sci-fi" for use with these rules, or do something else cool with the system, like adventure locations, character options, a xeno-bestiary, or adapting for a new game or setting.
Price it (or not) as you like. Check out this thread by Dee Pennyway if you want to charge for it and also set up free community copies.
Keep it inclusive. We reserve the right to remove entries for (intentional or unwitting) racism, misogyny, ableism, homophobia, or transphobia, and to update this list as needed to prevent gatekeeping against marginalized people.
