2025 Jam of the Year Game Contest

Overview: The "2025 Jam of the Year Game Contest" is a Game Jam, where you can code what ever game you want to. This Jam aims to providing an opportunity for developers to work on a year long Game-project and to showcase their work, learn new about game development. It shouldn't be a battle or competition, that's why there is no rank.

Participation: The contest is open to everyone, from hobbyists to experienced game developers. Individuals and teams are both welcome to enter their projects.

Theme: There is no theme. Everything is welcome as long it's free from sexist, violent, or harmful, political, etc. content. Content should be inclusive, respectful, and suitable for a broad audience.

Timeline: The contest runs from [01.01.2025] to [31.12.2025], during which participants can develop, test, and finalize their games.

  • Can I work on my game after the jam? - Yes, of course you can.
  • Can I work in a team? - Yes, teams are allowed.
  • Am I allowed to use AI generated content? - Yes, but keep it within limits, and It needs to be marked as AI-content.
