2022 AMES Game Showcase Contest!!!

Prompt for the 2022 Game Showcase is:

...From helping your neighbors and friends out during these weird times and knowing you can do something to contribute. Exploring places you’ve never seen before, even if you’re familiar with the location - knowing there is always something new to find. To sharing a sense of this with your fellow students. These are just some of the things you'll find in your "Community". Our prompt this year is “COMMUNITY”.

Your prompt for the 2022 Showcase is Community. There's a number of different approaches you can take with this, so be creative, work hard, and have fun! We look forward to seeing your products in May!!

 Submission Guidelines:

Teams should Join the Jam (click the Join Jam button) as soon as possible to be informed of updates/changes/etc to the Jam. Please use an email address that will be checked regularly! Pages can be created, and projects updated as many times as you want, so update frequently!

Project should be completed by teams in High School CTE Programs. Teams of Five or Smaller are required. 

A Complete Project includes:

• The Game - Either downloadable from or playable inline on your Itch.io page
• A short video (screen capture is 100% fine!) walking through gameplay, design decisions, etc. 10 minute maximum, linked and/or embedded in your itch.io page
• An itch.io page with (as a minimum) the game, video, instructions and identifies school participants are from
