2021 AMES Film Showcase Contest!!!

Prompt for the 2021 Film Showcase is:

From finding ways to survive and thrive in a global pandemic, to social and political turmoil, to navigating education over zoom, to the challenges involved in creating media (even outside a pandemic!), to the latest addition to the mars rover family, no word encompasses our shared experience over the past year more than "Perseverance".

Your prompt for the 2021 Showcase is Perseverance. There's a number of different approaches you can take with this, so be creative, work hard, and have fun! We look forward to seeing your products in May!!

Films can either be animations or live action with video editing depending on the program your school offers. For judging purposes, live-action films and animations will be considered separate "categories" and be ranked separately.

 Submission Guidelines:

Teams should Join the Jam (click the Join Jam button) as soon as possible to be informed of updates/changes/etc to the Jam. Please use an email address that will be checked regularly! Pages can be created and projects updated as many times as you want, so update frequently!

Project should be completed by teams in High School CTE Programs. Teams of Three or less are required. 

A Complete Project includes:

• Your video, linked and/or embedded in your itch.io page
• An itch.io page with (as a minimum) the video and identifies school participants are from
