About the Game Jam

Location: FonoLabs, Konventná 9, Bratislava

Start: Friday at 5 PM End: Sunday at 5 PM

Join us for an exciting 48-hour VR game jam at FonoLabs! Whether you're a seasoned developer or a budding game designer, we invite you to take on the challenge of creating a VR game in just two days.

Theme

The theme will be announced at the start of the jam on Friday at 5 PM. Get ready for a surprise that will spark your creativity!

CLASSIC games in VR. We've split into 2 teams. Bomberman vs Pacman.

Participation

• In-Person: We welcome you to join us at the FonoLabs offices. We have space and VR equipment available for use.
• Remote: If you can't make it in person, no problem! You can participate remotely. Just join our Discord https://discord.gg/QFT4dzF2 and be online at 5 PM for the theme reveal and brainstorming session.

Schedule

• Friday, 5 PM: Kick-off and theme reveal
• Sunday, 5 PM: Submission deadline followed by jury evaluation

Special Notes

• Food: Water and snacks are available during the jam. We'll probably order some pizza at Saturday. We will be serving "kapustnica" for everyone on Sunday at 5 PM.
• Sleeping Arrangements: If you plan to stay overnight at our office, please bring your sleeping bag (or similar gear) and a towel and soap as shower facilities are available.
• Collaboration: We encourage everyone to join the brainstorming session, especially remote participants, for a vibrant start to the jam.

Submission

Submit your game by Sunday at 5 PM. The jury will then evaluate all submissions.
