1.44 music jam is a challenge compilation hosted by Dork Collective.

The idea of this jams is make a song in a low size storage format to be fitted in a floppy disk. The selected format for this jam is .mid.

The rules for this Jam are:

  • Export your song in .mid, .wav and .mp3 format and upload it.
  • The .mid file max size has to be 20kb.
  • The genre of the song is free.
  • All the songs has to be original.
  • You can use any daw or program that can export your song in .mid (Ableton, FL Studio, OpenMPT, beepbox and all their clones).

You can upload as many songs as you want, but you have to select 1 or 2 of the songs you make for the compilation, the Idea is make a compilation at the end with all the participations. Any question or comment you can make it here in itch.io or discord.
