• Host your game directly on itch.io (no external downloads).
• Work solo or in teams (but remember: prizes will be split).
• Use any game engine or framework you like.
• Use pre-made assets if you have proper licensing and provide credits.
• Submit only original work (get creative)!
❌ Don’t
• Submit AI-generated content (this jam is about your creativity!).
• Include NSFW, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Submit after the deadline (avoid last-minute stress by uploading early).
🎮 Submitting Your Game
• Playable Format: Games must be playable in-browser (WebGL).
• Game Info: Include a short description and a summary of your mechanics.
• Credits: Add credits for any assets, music, or art used.
• Tags: Use tags like “girly,” “fantasy,” “fashion,” or anything that fits your vibe!
Pro Tip: Create your itch.io game page and upload your files at least a few hours before the deadline. These things take time—don’t wait until the last minute!

After submissions close, submitters only will have a week to play and rate each other’s games. Games will be judged in these fun categories:
💖 Fun: Is it overall fun to play?
💜 Gameplay: How smooth and engaging are the mechanics?
💙 Theme: How well does it stick to the theme?
💚 Visuals: Does it have eye-catching, fabulous designs?
💛 Audio: Is the sound design pleasing and immersive?
🧡 Innovation: Does it bring a fresh twist to girly games?

We’re keeping it simple but sweet with gift cards to support your game dev journey!
• 1st Place: $100 Gift Card/Credits (choice of Steam, Unity, Unreal or itch.io).
• 2nd Place: $50 Gift Card/Credits (same platform options).
• 3rd Place: $25 Gift Card/Credits (same platform options).
Note: participants under 18 years old need parental consent to claim the prizes.

Can I work with a team?
Absolutely! Keep in mind that prizes will be split between members, so smaller teams might make sharing easier.
When will the theme be announced?

How do I ensure my game gets enough ratings?
Only submitters can vote, so we highly encourage teams to discuss and coordinate their votes. By playing and rating other games during the voting period, you'll not only connect with the community but also help support others while ensuring your own submission gets fair ratings. It’s a great way to get noticed and contribute to the jam!
How to Upload Your Web Game on Itch.io:
- Export Your Game for the Web – If you're using Unity, Godot, or another engine, make sure to export your game as an HTML5/Web build. Keep it simple, smooth, and browser-ready!
- Zip Your Game Files – Gather all your exported files (including that shiny .html file) and pack them into a .zip folder. Easy peasy!
- Upload to Itch.io – Head to your game’s Itch.io page and click "Upload files." Select your .zip file and get ready to share!
- Set as a Playable Game – Under "This file is...", choose "This file will be played in the browser." Now, your game is officially ready to play online!
- Adjust Page Settings – Add a title, a short description, some fun screenshots, and tags to make your page pop. It’s your game’s time to shine!
- Publish & Share! – Once everything’s set up and looking great, hit Publish and let the world play your game!
