Can it really be true that 75 is not high enough for the darkness check in week 30 of Emrys' route, on story difficulty? I literally had to go and unlock 8 deaths to get the stat that high, and I still fail the check.
Okay, 95 did it, but that really seems too high, since that required a death bonus of 16 + loading back 3 weeks to focus on just levelling darkness. The tests before that has been 40 at the highest, I think.
I didn't download it until after the update was out, and used the download link provided after buying the game. I also started a new game, instead of using my old demo saves. And the files say 1.1
I'm playing in adventure mode, Emrys route and at week 27 there is a suspicion check and it fails. Does anyone know how to avoid it? Do I need a particular stat to be higher?!
That suspicion check actually checks your suspicion stat (visible under the character's name in the Grimoire). Your suspicion has to be under a certain value (15 for adventure mode, I believe) to pass it.
The suspicion stat is something you raise sometimes with certain choices if it doesn't fit your public behaviour when someone in the High Council is present. (For example, choosing a bloodthirsty answer while your character is overly considerate and charismatic).
That said, the suspicion check in that week doesn't need to be passed. It will decrease your faction approvals a bit, but you can easily get those back with tea parties or later checks.
I've just completed the Emrys route. And I can say that he is my favorite. I really wanted there to be more romance between Emrys and MC.
And I would like to have a lot of CG art. Is it strange to ask if there will be additional CG, like a patch, to add to the game?
I won't spoiler, but I guessed about Lucius, it was nice to confirm the theory, and it's good that it was resolved immediately, and not delayed, and I won't say anything more.
Now I'm looking forward to adding additional routs to the Royal Order, like Neri and Nils. Yes, yes, I'm still waiting for Neri and Nils.
I will add my review later, but I will leave it like this.

For now, we are not sure about additional CG patches. The team is still busy with some additional content for the game (mini missions, faction missions; which are both kind of like optional little side stories with the LIs and the faction leaders). But after that, we will reorganise and review the requests we've gotten and see where to go from there.
I hope you will add additional CG art at least 3-4 pieces per LI. I wish only Aarya and LI were there. And then I noticed that there were few of them on CG, mostly only LI.
Since I've been through Emrys's routine so far, he was there alone a lot, but I would like Emrys to be with Aarya on CG.
Therefore, I really hope that additional art will appear. I hope you will add it.
I can't remember the last time I enjoyed playing an English vn this much!
Emrys is just wonderful and his route is so touching. There were so many great romantic moments that left me squealing and the good ending really felt like a complete story that left me teary-eyed at its conclusion. I kept hoping that it would never end, but when it did, it was just so fulfilling that I can't even wish for more.
I also liked the bad ending although I would have liked it even more if it were longer since I love angst. I did think that I got tricked a little by the suggested route order in the mini-guide because after playing through the romance ending with Emrys, I feel a strong aversion towards pairing Aarya up with anyone else. Like I progressed some of Darryl's route but I was honestly physically pained whenever Emrys showed up; I actually felt so bad that I had to stop playing 😭
Perhaps I'll be able to finish the game at a later time by doing friendship routes or using MC with a different gender and name for Darryl and Iris.
Aarya is an amazing, complex protagonist, and I loved that there are subtle differences in text depending on their personality. I also really appreciate the plot especially in how you built upon and expanded the setting from the first game while introducing the ethical dilemmas and nuance that come with having a protagonist who is the "other." It's a refreshing perspective! I do wish that there was a bit more character building for Aarya (like one flashback sequence with their adoptive parents) so that we can gain a bit more insight into how they came to care for humans, but that might just be me being greedy because I love them so much.
Do you plan on producing any merch for the characters for those who missed kickstarter acrylics like me by any chance?
Anyway, thank you for creating such a beautiful game! You've created a loyal fan out of me~ I hope to see another game in the series (perhaps one with a protagonist who uses deviant magic and/or a game where we can finally romance Neri?!). In our narratives, we actually don't use the concept of 'canon LIs'. Each romantic interest is crafted to complement specific aspects of our lore and world. It's ultimately up to our players to decide which romantic path they prefer.
Not sure if this has been reported yet, but the images that sequence through during lectures do not move no matter which element is being trained. For example, performing a Darkness lecture shows Aarya in the middle of a bunch of green circles. That image will remain even if I follow up with lectures for Fire and Light.
I finally finished Emrys' route and I cried happy tears.
I mean, I achieved the bad ending a few times during the 1.0 version of the game (I could never choose not to kill...well, one of the big bads, or die lol; I think that was a bug, but idk). Now I can get a good ending and it was so lovely!!! The way this connects Royal Alchemist and Royal Order is superb and those questions left unanswered are getting answered.

Guys, I'm dumb and help me. As I was playing Emrys' route. I always get the 50 week ending.
I already touch the "I dont know option" but my question is, what is the main trigger for the 50 week bad end? Because when i replay the game again to get the alliance for Darryl and Iris affection to 20. I get the 50 week end again and again :,D. Please tell what's the trigger when you choose the right option but get the bad end.
To reach Emrys's good endings, do not choose the Revenge option in Week 16, do not get rid of the Alchemist in Week 30, do not choose the War option in Week 48, do not run away in Week 53, and never kill anyone during your heists.
Also I witness some bugs since I know this game is a new release one of course bugs will be there. The Music boxs collection, the musics won't unlock so i suspect that this is a bug [or maybe under develop?]. Sometimes when I LOAD my SAVES it will give me an error although the good thing it did not affect the gameplay 😅 (such as restarting everything or push me out the game). The notifications are covering Aarya's sprites which makes me a hard to see which Stats has been notify. Lastly, it may not be important but the restart button in the Grimoire is gone after week 10.
But overall, love the story and the romance especially[I love how mature it is and being an adult🥲 ]. And my question is, will there be a new love interest in the game? and lastly, what is your recommendable route (less spoiler to Major Spoilers)?

I've noticed Illyria's name comes up as ??? when she shows up again in week 14 and continues as ??? every time we see her afterwards. I'm not entirely sure if its a bug or not, just so you know of it.

Hello! I'm playing Emyrs' route and I'm stuck at week 50. Is this because of the choices I made? I have points for every magic type, lowest is fire with 18 pts. 1've replayed it twice now.
UPDATE:
I did it! Week 48 is the important check. Emrys should ask you "What is it that you want to do?" instead of being blinded by rage.
Here are the choices I made: Week 16: "Find a peaceful end to this conflict." Week 27: "Ask about a diplomatic solution." Week 30: "Wait." (Don't get rid of the alchemist)
After playing Emrys' route 10 times, I've marked every choice. Hope this helps!

I just completed a new playthrough picking alchemists while going down Emrys' route again. Picked easy this time since I wanted to test out the no stealing route. I had a few new scenes with Illyria due to the Alchemy branch but still received the same bad ending.
I again maxed out war effort and Emyrs' romance, kept my wood and darkness at or above 200, made all the factions have over 50 approval, and like previous play throughs I was at 0 suspicion.
I'm genuinely at a stump as to what I need to do.
edit: I've also made several different choices in the story, such as the peace or fight option when asking about certain blonde sibling.
Choose "I dont know" choice to skip that part when Emrys and Aarya are having a talk about the Sval :D. Although, there still more ending after that so keep your guard up and make sure friends a lot of alliances for back up.
I did an entire playthrough and chose that option still got the bad ending. Is there another requirement I'm missing? I have a stat in each element. My primary personality scores are straightfoward and manipulative.
Same I also have straightforward and manipulative as my highest personality. I'm thinking of doing a play through and making considerate higher than manipulative if it will make a difference.
In order to get the good ending, I choose the easy route, had all three love interests war effort at 150, Emrys affection maxed, darkness and wood at 200. I also had zero suspicion and selected to work with the Alchemist's which gave me access to more information. The Garrison, the Mages, and the Alchemists all had approval above 100 as well. Like said in another comment I choose 'i don't know' when Emrys and you speak about the Sval.
Then after discovering the secret library I choose 'take the evidence and hope to use it to leverage for peace'. I hope this makes sense and helps !! I was stuck for a while but this is what helped me actually get the romantic ending lol
Quick question, is it possible to pass the fire, water, and light check if you chose to steal the magic vials from the boat during Emrys' route?? I've been stuck on it and I can't manage to get my stats for those above 80 while safely passing the other checks earlier in the game.. I'm a bit confused as to how Im supposed to get past that without sacrifing my own magic. It seems a bit too difficult, even on story mode.
Hello, you should be able to pass that check with Darkness. The magic combinations are Wood & Darkness for Emrys, Fire and Light for Darryl, and Water and Wind for Iris.

WHY HOT IF NOT DATEABLE? my heart isnt ready to see so many fine characters without beeing able to romance them
Some deaths are only skip-able if you are on story mode. If you are stuck, we recommend focusing on learning only two magic stats depending on which route you are pursuing (Wood and Darkness for Emrys, Fire and Light for Darryl, Water and Wind for Iris).

Hello, if you are on story difficulty and still have a death check for that high, you're most likely still playing on 1.0.
We've adjusted the difficulty in our latest patch. It's recommended to switch to that one!
