Did Dyne intentionally write Chester as someone with lots of neurodivergent traits? I had been feeling a connection to him for years since I first read his in progress route, and I'm almost positive Chester would have some form of adult ADHD or such due to all that he displays (not a negative thing) that ostracize him from different groups
At first when i saw the cast i did NOT want to go through the darious route just because of how much a tease he is, but now since ive gone through almost everyone other route and seen how much darious has helped like hooking you and spence up, helping you with chester and the uhh size problem ect ect. hes acutally kinda nice and theres just more to his teasing side
after completing route spenc. I feel sad for some reason, I really like this game, I hope there will be another days for spencer :3. thx for this lovely game
I think the game might be broken in some way, Because i've been trying to download Is the last update for richard, Yet every time I install it the game keeps behaving as if no update has actually been installed as i'm now stuck on day eighteen even though there are two more days after that that I have not read yet
Are you sure you have downloaded and running the latest version? Did you launch the game from the right folder or use the right application? No one has faced this kind of issue. Then maybe you are having problems with your save file? Have you tried launch save from previous days and then quickly skip through the day after which the next one does not appear?
that's a problem with the itch game launcher, it happens with a few games when they update, but like you said you just have to delete the game and redownload it to fix it.
I have a problem downloading the update, the app is not updated, another app is created with a different name and in the previous version there is no notice that says do you want to update the app? So that is my problem that another app is created instead of being 1 there are only 2 and in 2 my games are not there, does anyone know how to update it and have my games shown in the most recent version?

Hey I don't know if you had the same issue as me but in that scene you need to tap where you want Richard to touch (I'm an idiot it took me 4 months to figure out ahah). It's 2 months later and maybe it was just a bug but I hope it still helps

Can anyone tell me the word prompt I need to get to watch chester in the shower during the dozer route. Also few other scenes where your on the couch together and there is some minor three-way stuff.
I'm doing a full replay after I learned i missed many cgs in multiple routes.
You have the same question as the person in a couple messages below. You have faced the desire to unlock some special scenes and you followed a reasonable but wrong path to achieve it. Yes, choices through the route are very important, but sometimes that's not enough. Most of the scenes you are looking for can misrepresent the first impression of the side characters of this route. To discover such content, you need to be familiar with this character. It's quite logical, isn't it? In your case, it is Chester. Maybe it's worth going through his route first, get closer with him, and then return to Dozer's route? What if it changes something?
(btw, despite the fact that I went through each route several times to see different endings and now digging into the game code, I didn't even assume that there were such scenes before you mentioned about them)
long story short finish chesters route first then do dozers, the poly stuff gets brought up once close to middle to the end of the route and then the last 3 ish days.
The poly stuff was fun but not fleshed out how I had thought it might be. I enjoyed the normal route more.

The last time I played was a couple of months ago and I remember just upgrading the app and not loosing progress, but now instead of upgrading, it installed a whole new app and I lost all my progress... I have several routes going on at once and I really don't want to click through all the dialogue choices again... Any advice?

I’ve gotten it before but I can’t seem to get it again. It’s the option to look in on Spencer when he’s in the bathroom. I’m pretty sure it’s on day 16 but I can’t get it to happen? Anybody know what to do?
In some cases, you need to complete another route before you can unlock certain scenes in another one. For example, in your case, the Spencer route. (Sometimes, these variables get messed up between updates to the game. You can notice that by missing stuff on the table in the extras. If you got it early by yourself in the previous versions, my advice is to try to replay the last day of a specific character route.)
During the dream in the morning I think it was a dream right? I think you have to say yes to all the different prompts where Richard asks of you're okay with him flirting/kissing/touching friends and you also flirting with friends etc throughout the days.
I got it on a fresh install today while I wait for the next public release for Richard and that was the only route I've played on this install.

I hope there is an option where we can help him out, either setting some bounders, communication, subtle hints, or something. I just wish it wouldn't only be a lead up to an antagonist, but maybe also a chance for change and improvement, showing growth on Richard's part, especially with how his last relationship ended.

I have played early releases and loved them, but unfortunately I am now fully on iOS and cannot play new releases. Would love to see a browser version of this!
I feel like EcA could do with some minigames here and there, like maybe some tennis themed pong-like minigames, and maybe lil' somethins' for when MC goes to sleep, and maybe a tetris-like one for working with Dwaynes boxes. Perhaps a minigame where you type the words for when MC is doing homework?
Quite an interesting thought. It has the right to exist, but personally I fundamentally disagree with it. Now I'll try to explain why.
Firstly, there are already some mini-games in the game. Can't remember exactly where you met them, but there are definitely some QTEs in the game (it seems to be somewhere related to cooking and tennis matches). Although I love QTE, imho they look strange in this game, since the player is not ready for them. Secondly, the implementation of minigames. To make them on the engine for visual novels, you need to spend considerable effort writing code. Besides that, you need a painter to draw it all. Is it reasonable when, for example, not all routes still have backgrounds? Maybe it's better to spend money and time in order to draw more scenes for some special events? Am I wrong? And thirdly, the game design. It's a visual novel after all. Yes, you can say that you are "playing" it. But it would be more accurate to say that you are "reading" it. This is not some kind of arcade game. It is just text with pictures to improve the perception of the story. It's like a comic, only with choices in storytelling. The addition of mini-games such as tetris does not fit the genre of the game.
I will continue the last point with a fairly clear example. I am currently digging into the 14th day of the Coach's route. With no spoilers, you can play various games there such as: basketball, throwing the ball at pins, ring toss, etc. Whoever played will understand what I am talking about. It is the most suitable place for minigames, right? But I like the way it's done right now more. What at first glance does not have a story branch actually does have. It is based on the choices in the past days, which are not obvious, but in fact, very logical. There are also more understandable types of mini-games. For example, tennis matches. You have the description of the situation and have choices to make. And they determine the progression and result of this "minigame". That's what I call a good game design.
TLDR In my opinion, this game can be even better (and it will be for sure). A lot of things can be added, but mini-games are not exactly what it needs. At least in the main story.
P.S. While I was writing this text, I came up with the idea of how it might look like in my opinion. A separate tab in the menu, with mini-games such as blackjack, chess, 3-in-a-row, etc. against specific characters. Or even more complex minigames with unique designs(from QTE to point-and-click) to fit characters personality(such as: dansing, painting, cooking, fixing etc) And for motivation, if you win, the opponent takes off some of his clothes. Hee-hee-hee. Of course, after completing the main story. We don't want to ruin the first impression of seeing them naked, right?
After reading your reply, I must say I have to agree with you. Minigames would seem out of place, like playing a game while reading a book. It didn't even occur to me that one would have to make an entire engine for them too, so that would indeed make it harder. Also, I like the idea of "strip-minigames" for each character, teehee~
i made an account just for this but i did every route but dozer and spencer and i finished spencers 2 days ago and i keep crying about how sweet the ending and epouloge is and the fact they where best friends for so longg and always loved echother really made me sob cause its so damn sweet spencer is such a good boy with his colar and i normally dont cry about vn or sad stuff or just cry in general but you wrote spencer so good and after i finished the route a saw a video about them just laying down and it made it so much worse its just such a sweet and heart warming route i cant help but sob so hard

OMFG! That's why I really love this novel! I have found what you're talking about. It's only not on day 16, but on another day. I didn't even expect that there was such a scene! I don't know if it's ok to talk about it, because I have not seen Dyne mentioned anywhere about these features in his game. So next can contain a spoiler! * * * * * * * * * * So... I find it amazing and mind blowing how the game's story evolves and how the characters' personalities are revealed. I think no one will argue that you can fully get to know the characters only by completing all the routes, because the same characters appear in the routes of other characters and we can learn something new about them. Is it possible to do narrative even better? I thought no, but Dyne fucking managed to do it! In fact, he did not make 7 routes, he did much more. Yes, there is almost no such thing in the old routes, but in the routes of Dwayne and especially Richard, these features are simply enormous! What features am I talking about? When you complete the route of one character, the events in the other routes may change! This is essentially ng+! So, what you are looking for is on the 18th day of Richard's route and is available when you have completed Spencer's route with the best ending and made the right choices in Richard's route previous days.

Can't say for the android version, but for the PC you just download an archive and unpack it. There is no launcher in the game that checks for updates. You just run the game by exe file from the game folder. To update to the new version, you download the new archive and unpack it as well. In theory, you can do it in the same folder with replacement of old files, but it's better to do it in a new folder. The old version can be safely deleted. The saves are stored in another folder (for windows it is in appdata folder)
for Android its basically the same - if you want to update redownload, BUT the saves dont save, so unless you manually make a backup you'll lose them upon deletion of a previous build
you can find the saves in android/data/(whatever game)

I was always waiting on Richard route since I played the first time and after playing a little bit on Dwayne route I felt that it would be my least favorite since Im one hundred percent bottom and he seemed to be too lol, but now that things have developted a little bit more, things have switched it up for me cuz Richard seems a little too into his ex and wanting to fuck my friends while Dwayne wants to see other people having sex with me, and that's something I was for sure not expecting, now I can't wait to finish Dwayne route lol, love this game and the characters, Dozer still is my favorite <3 hope you continue working on games after you are finished with this project <3
Does anyone else find Bam a little off-putting? Him always trying to grope Spencer is a bit uncomfortable ngl... Especially after he and MC make things official.
Edit: Also, do Bam and Darius ever meet? I kind of want to see them interact with each other.
And speaking of Spencer getting groped, is there any dialogue option to prevent that from happening? I'm not too keen on watching my (probably) favorite love interest in the game get grabbed by creepy, horny strangers lol. I'd rather have MC do that. I ain't into sharing.
If you're still struggling, I left a comment a month ago explaining how I did it. I had to plug my phone into a computer to move the save files because Android's newer versions have locked the folder where the save files are stored!

I have indeed downloaded the latest version. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling just now and that seemed to have fixed it

Reminds me how my epilogue for Spencer completely vanished two updates ago. I played it to completion, yet when I try to replay it, it is gone.

i restarted the game and it stayed the same which sucks cause I love replaying the game and finding new scenes and it feels unfair its all unlocked

Version 1.165 doesn't have Chinese subtitles, which is very frustrating. The previous version 1.142 had Chinese subtitles.
I've never had Chinese subtitles, so whatever you downloaded isn't something I'm aware of.

It is the most suitable place for minigames, right? But I like the way it's done right now more. What at first glance does not have a story branch actually does have. It is based on the choices in the past days, which are not obvious, but in fact, very logical. There are also more understandable types of mini-games. For example, tennis matches. You have the description of the situation and have choices to make. And they determine the progression and result of this "minigame". That's what I call a good game design.
TLDR In my opinion, this game can be even better (and it will be for sure). A lot of things can be added, but mini-games are not exactly what it needs. At least in the main story.
P.S. While I was writing this text, I came up with the idea of how it might look like in my opinion. A separate tab in the menu, with mini-games such as blackjack, chess, 3-in-a-row, etc. against specific characters. Or even more complex minigames with unique designs(from QTE to point-and-click) to fit characters personality(such as: dansing, painting, cooking, fixing etc) And for motivation, if you win, the opponent takes off some of his clothes. Hee-hee-hee. Of course, after completing the main story. We don't want to ruin the first impression of seeing them naked, right?
After reading your reply, I must say I have to agree with you. Minigames would seem out of place, like playing a game while reading a book. It didn't even occur to me that one would have to make an entire engine for them too, so that would indeed make it harder. Also, I like the idea of "strip-minigames" for each character, teehee~

i made an account just for this but i did every route but dozer and spencer and i finished spencers 2 days ago and i keep crying about how sweet the ending and epouloge is and the fact they where best friends for so longg and always loved echother really made me sob cause its so damn sweet spencer is such a good boy with his colar and i normally dont cry about vn or sad stuff or just cry in general but you wrote spencer so good and after i finished the route a saw a video about them just laying down and it made it so much worse its just such a sweet and heart warming route i cant help but sob so hard
one of my favorite routes for sure dude ah shish kabobs the water works started up again such a good story

so in the galery there's another lock behind chesters special scene how do i get it its the right one next the the two photos of chester sending you his goods with one having a milk carton over it i know you sometimes getting good routes for others may change the day but all of my other saves are on my pc and i only have chesters best ending on my laptop dunno if that has to do anythin with the lock

So... I find it amazing and mind blowing how the game's story evolves and how the characters' personalities are revealed. I think no one will argue that you can fully get to know the characters only by completing all the routes, because the same characters appear in the routes of other characters and we can learn something new about them. Is it possible to do narrative even better? I thought no, but Dyne fucking managed to do it! In fact, he did not make 7 routes, he did much more. Yes, there is almost no such thing in the old routes, but in the routes of Dwayne and especially Richard, these features are simply enormous! What features am I talking about? When you complete the route of one character, the events in the other routes may change! This is essentially ng+! So, what you are looking for is on the 18th day of Richard's route and is available when you have completed Spencer's route with the best ending and made the right choices in Richard's route previous days.

Can't say for the android version, but for the PC you just download an archive and unpack it. There is no launcher in the game that checks for updates. You just run the game by exe file from the game folder. To update to the new version, you download the new archive and unpack it as well. In theory, you can do it in the same folder with replacement of old files, but it's better to do it in a new folder. The old version can be safely deleted. The saves are stored in another folder (for windows it is in appdata folder)
for Android its basically the same - if you want to update redownload, BUT the saves dont save, so unless you manually make a backup you'll lose them upon deletion of a previous build
you can find the saves in android/data/(whatever game)

I was always waiting on Richard route since I played the first time and after playing a little bit on Dwayne route I felt that it would be my least favorite since Im one hundred percent bottom and he seemed to be too lol, but now that things have developted a little bit more, things have switched it up for me cuz Richard seems a little too into his ex and wanting to fuck my friends while Dwayne wants to see other people having sex with me, and that's something I was for sure not expecting, now I can't wait to finish Dwayne route lol, love this game and the characters, Dozer still is my favorite <3 hope you continue working on games after you are finished with this project <3

Does anyone else find Bam a little off-putting? Him always trying to grope Spencer is a bit uncomfortable ngl... Especially after he and MC make things official.
Edit: Also, do Bam and Darius ever meet? I kind of want to see them interact with each other.
And speaking of Spencer getting groped, is there any dialogue option to prevent that from happening? I'm not too keen on watching my (probably) favorite love interest in the game get grabbed by creepy, horny strangers lol. I'd rather have MC do that. I ain't into sharing.
How do you transfer files on mobile..? I don't understand, and I really don't want to lose all my save progress ._.
If you're still struggling, I left a comment a month ago explaining how I did it. I had to plug my phone into a computer to move the save files because Android's newer versions have locked the folder where the save files are stored!
