As for corruption, there's many ways to acquire it. I don't want to spoil or list them all, but... it's things like stumbling into traps and making lewd choices or actions outside of direct combat. More or less anything raunchy you can get involved in that DOESN'T cause a game over.

I can't get past the "Enable in-battle grapple voices?" screen. I'm on mac, I have the game on my desktop which is not synced with icloud. Both enable and disable gives me this error message;

It says "read-only" so it's possible you might not have extracted the game properly before running it, or placed it in an incompatible location. What you will need to do is extract the grove Zip, and then place it in the applications folder:
Right click the file you downloaded, use the archive utility to unzip the files, then drag the grove app into your applications folder. Hope that'll work!

In the simplest of terms, it isn't really our unwillingness to make a mobile version of the game. It's that the mobile game emulators out there such as JoiPlay and MaldiVes either aren't compatible with some of the functions we use to make the game work, or are very non-performant.
Maybe in the future we will look into a way to make a version of the game that runs without the plugins and functions that conflict... but it's not very high on our list of interests due to how it'd require a lot of reworking and REMOVING of features, without breaking the game underneath.

Or is it just the version of it you're using? We wouldn't stop you if you wanted to try and figure out a way to make it work though, and that's certainly ambitious of you to want to try. However, this isn't something that I have any degree of knowledge on myself, so we wouldn't really be able to offer any assistance in the matter.
Does unlocking cutscenes apply to all saves? So if I was missing one or two, I could start a new save or use an old save to get that missing cutscene, and have that apply to my endgame save with the gallery?

Great game all around, but I noticed that the game would significantly lag at certain points (e.g. at the sand dunes) which makes traversing the landscape borderline impossible. Is this intended and if not, how can I fix it?
Are you playing the game via a USB drive or some other kind of external hard drive? That can cause performance bottlenecks that can really drive the framerate down. Try installing it on the local drive you're playing the game on.
The game was already installed on my main drive when the problem happened. Plus, not every area was affected; in fact, in most areas it would run smoothly.
If you have a save from before you entered the desert, it might be an idea to go back to your room at the inn, interact with the journal there, and disable the game's UI effects for a while. Some of the desert ones can cause some machines to lag.
Other small things that might be relevant: Make sure you're playing the most recent version of the game (v0.308) Check your computer isn't in power-saving mode or anything else like that which could hamper performance Playing the game windowed as opposed to full-screen can help slightly too.
Other than that... it might just be down to your computer's performance and specs, I'm afraid.

hey I’m stuck at the part when you see the ranger in the river and you have to save mainly the part where you jump across the rocks,I keep getting attacked by the Tentacles and stripped even thought they’re the only direction I can go,what am I doing wrong?
Pay attention to the visual state of the tentacles. They alternate between being below the water, and being above the water. You need to jump when they're below the water.
First and foremost, this game is awesome. I really appreciate the battle mechanics, its well crafted with actual content - not just a typical porn game, there's more to it, which is great.
Although.. I do like the porn. So my corruption is quite high, 16 I believe in my current playthrough. I have done all the smaller side quests and the main quests in the commander's hall, I'm at the second coffee bean night? And the game wont let me to go sleep until I visit the grain mill. However, when I go to the grain mill... I game over. I dont wanna spoil it, since its about 10 hours in, but you'll know if you know.
My question is; is your playthrough doomed to fail if you make it this far with this much corruption? I dont get the chance to fight this thing, and I haven't seen any other options, I tried using the Moon Dust, but it has no use here, since it seemingly is used for a craft later.

You're not doomed to fail. Pay attention to the visuals when you get kidnapped. Look for some pink symbols that appear... don't they look a bit like arrows?
Hello, I am in the same situation, just finished all the quests. When I enter the top floor of the grain mill to investigate, I lose control and the character appears and it leads to game over immediately and I don't see any visual cues at all. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I love the game it's really great!

Wow!! I don't think a game has ever fully encapsulated my biggest interests in NSFW games! Such a huge emphasis on being corrupted and hypnotized, which is definitely my #1 favorite theme in NSFW games. Muscular scalie characters, rubber/latex, tentacles, submission, masters, domination, this game is just absolutely perfect, and it's all in one game with nothing but gay content. How rare is that?? Also, whoever is designing your levels deserves huge praise. I love how you lead the player around without being too hand-holdy. The world feels like a real place that doesn't just exist to serve the player either. The world-building is great and I love all the little scraps of lore hidden all across the game. The combat is fun and there are some pretty interesting twists on combat all throughout the game! Just so you know, there's no need to rush to acquire all of Bizz's items. They're intended to be something to work towards over the course of the full game.
If you're determined to try and get them sooner rather than later though... fighting slugs and selling their drops is one of the better ways. (but it'll still take a long time).
Oh I didnt mean the boss fights game overs those are perfect, just like the normal enemy ones but it's mainly a suggestion seen how many 18+ (or at least most of those i've run into ) tend to lead into a very hard scripted way that makes it so you gotta bust through every fight a victory or game over anyway fun lewd game

The moon dust can be used in the Synthesis Cauldron to make an item.
You can buy more coffee beans at the Inn.
The unmarked key currently doesn't have a use... yet.

Regarding the saves, you're absolutely correct. Feel free to jump back to old saves or a new game and grab those gallery scenes you're missing.

It's a vanity item, something you can consider to be "extra completion" for the game.

I am stuck at the waterfall, how do I jump across the rocks without jumping into the tentacles?
Pay attention to the visuals. The tentacles go in and out of the water. Jump when they're underwater.

The world feels like a real place that doesn't just exist to serve the player either. The world-building is great and I love all the little scraps of lore hidden all across the game. The combat is fun and there are some pretty interesting twists on combat all throughout the game! Does anyone have a suggested method of farming gold effectively?
I'm trying to put Bizz's Overly expensive burger together and have about 26498 gold left to gather to purchase the remaining ingredients
Just so you know, there's no need to rush to acquire all of Bizz's items. They're intended to be something to work towards over the course of the full game.
If you're determined to try and get them sooner rather than later though... fighting slugs and selling their drops is one of the better ways. (but it'll still take a long time).

Bizz can be found in a tent by the river. You need to travel through the slug nest in the jungle to reach it.
I can't find the gallery where is it located? I thought it was inside the Armorery but looks like its not
The gallery can be found at your room in the Inn, but only after you have completed all of the story content.
what is the maximum amount of corruption you can get in the current version of the game?
There's some repeatable methods, so theoretically infinite.
However, there are about 20 unique points that can be earned, and the actual effects go up to level 15 for the moment.
If getting corrupted is a mechanic could you possibly think on removing game overs?
Dunno why we'd want to remove one thing to focus on another?
We're just going to do our best and try and add more to both corruption score AND the game over scenes!
Oh I didnt mean the boss fights game overs those are perfect, just like the normal enemy ones but it's mainly a suggestion seen how many 18+ (or at least most of those i've run into ) tend to lead into a very hard scripted way that makes it so you gotta bust through every fight a victory or game over anyway fun lewd game

After accidentally ignoring the windmill for 2 nights in a row (oops), I now find myself stuck at nighttime all because of the moth man transformation QTE.
I also just finished all of the side quests, with Kuno's as the last. help.
Pay attention to the visuals when you get kidnapped. See the pink symbols that flash up... don't they look like arrows? Match 'em with the arrow keys!
