It feels so strange. I remember playing the older version so long ago, barely a half hour of content but it was still quite nice. And now I stumble upon the new version and it's even better than before. A lot more content. Excellent writing and story. Lovely characters and art design, along with good music that fits the mood. Glad I picked it up again when I saw it and hope to see more work from you all in the future.

Although the setting is cold & harsh, this game is a delightful & heartwarming experience with a story about two characters and their cute, intense, & wonderful tale. The art style and illustrations enhance the experience in a charming manner. The color palette is soft and warm, which makes it calm. The story is captivating and has a satisfying ending. The game definitely is not worth being free. The developers have put a lot of effort in this, and it pays off. The art is amazing, the story is well built, & the ending is satisfying. This will forever be one of my favorite visual novels. I would 100% recommend this game to my friends. 10/10.

Heavens above every second of it was so interesting, I was impressed with such a deep dive into the setting and the characters, everything about this game is truly a masterpiece, its honestly a crime that it's free to play, id easily pay £30 for this. MASSIVE PROPS to paranoidhawk, coldoggo and fakegamercomics for putting this all together! The narrative was INCREDIBLE and the story was just so breathtaking! Every single sprite was so nicely drawn, and the art style just rocks imo, the Music was something to be TREASURED! I hope you guys know how much this game has left an impact on me :)

I absolutely adored playing this!!! It has such an enthralling story, and the VIBES, I didn't know what to expect from the story, and I was definitely not disappointed!
Created an acc just for this but honestly I didn't expect anything from this and thought it would bore me like most romance or visual novels do but the narrative is insane and the art style is great and really captures the vibe. I liked how it gave us a chance to see their relationship start and develop like they truly are strangers unlike most I saw who just shove the ship in. They have great chemistry and I hope to see more of them and and all the other characters that you all gave a chance to have their own story and interesting designs. The whole game, every line they said, every description and every action pulled me in in their little world
and that world is a very comforting world.
I could feel the care you all had for this and I hope to see more from you all :)
Being real honest. I tried out this game out of boredom, not really expecting much of it.
Ended up getting completely caught up in the story, playing the whole game through and tearing up at the end.
Words cannot convey just how much care, time and passion you can feel was put in this game. Out of the many, many things I loved of this game, the one that stands out the most is how descriptive it is - every single handhold, hug, interaction... you can visualize it in your mind without struggle. It just feels so natural and fluid. The relationship is portrayed so well that while playing you almost feel like an intruder by how private and intimate it is.
All I can say is just... bravo. To all the people that made, drew, wrote, or even just inspired this masterpiece. I hope there's gonna be more to it, but at the same time this story was closed so perfectly that opening it again would be the equivalent of adding new characters to The Last Supper. There's just no need to modify what is already a masterpiece.

this is set in the 1890s so this is actually a few decades before the first recorded medical transitions and the language for that kinda thing existed! there's still a huge number of recorded FTM folk from this period though and most of them lived just like. completely normal lives as men and had wives and jobs prior to the introduction of medical transitioning
robin probably would've been called sir by most people if we're talkin historical accuracy but curly wolf was just a supreme sh*thead and was the kinda guy who wouldn't think twice abt using whatever he could against u
we've had a couple ppl ask abt whether they transition and tbh it's basically just up to u to decide!
damn, that was nice...real nice.....i wasn't in a good place a few hours ago when i found this game and downloaded it...and now i'm done and i feel a lot better....just as i'm writing this i've realised that i dont feel sad after finishing the game like i normally do...and thats not a bad reflection on the game at all, quite the opposite...i think fulfilment is roundabout the right word for what i feel rn....nice
