I can't get over this game, all characters, backgrounds, bgms and all of the story is on point, everything is amazing. I just binge read all of the current story in 2 days, Im now lost and depressed, I need more of this, it is such a masterpiece.
Characterization in this game is amazing! after I finished reading I went to the simulacrum to know what was it, and got caught by surprised, or more like it refreshed my memory, I got so invested in the story that I forgot this game had nsfw content, and I read both sidestories but couldn't enjoy much, I got too attached to the characters, specially Reamus, just can't see him that way.
Holy hell, this might easily be one of the best things I've read. Haven't finished it yet, but I'm already considering becoming a patron for this, cos it's been giving me that warm dreamlike fantasy experience that feels like home to me.
I love thorough, but not overcomplicated fantasy worlds, of which there are not many. I'd count this novel as one of those. I like how the lore is revealed to the reader in only the crucial bits that make you believe it's a realistic, living world with its own rules, but not in overwhelming or boasting way. The story's fairly personal, which makes it feel cozy.
I'd expected it to be much hornier, seeing Reamus' big frame in the first CG of him, but it turned out to be very slow-paced. And honestly? I'm totally fine with that. I grew to love all the main characters for their distinctive personalities, inner conflicts and worries, their different attitudes towards the problems they face. And seeing them getting closer, their dynamic, is satisfying.
Also. THE BACKGROUNDS. Idk if I've seen more beautiful sceneries in a visual novel. They are so colorful, so vivid, yet soothing. God, they're such a pleasure to look at. All of them.
In other words, very good job. Truly magnificent. Everything about it gives me a mental boner. Except for Jymsar. He gives me an actual boner.
I'd like to say so far I've been really impressed with the plot and pacing of the game. I wonder how nonlinear the plot will progress, as I've grown to find the choice aspect up to this point as feeling like it does have an impact and whether it ultimately does or not, that's a good feeling for a player to have.
Also I know you've said you're working on this solo, but if you ever do need additional help with proofreading, I'd gladly offer my support. Not that this novel so far has had particular editing issues I've noticed, but nonetheless, just feel like any help for someone working on their own I'd like to offer.

You can change the save file name in android and then safely delete the game without losing the save file.... Install the new one and change the save file back into its original name
the funniest part of my experience with Pervader is that ive started playing, mistakenly, on the Marshall's simulacrum content... and i actually thought we would have something with him in the story lol
although this game is stunning!!! omg ive never played such a well-made visual novel before, the story is very envolving as well the characters, and ive just discovered this beautiful game yesterday

Not for a while. I'm not trying to do regular simulacrum updates anymore, but I do want to return to it sometime in the future. When I do get back to it, I'll probably do a continuation to one of the two stories that exist already.
If you're on desktop, it's right there in the folder with the game executable.
If you're on Android, that might be too complicated. I'd recommend accessing the game on desktop, or wait until next update and the bonus content should be accessible in-game.

I unfortunately recently tried downloading the most recent Android version, but after downloading I keep getting an error message that says I can't open the file for some reason.

Not sure what you mean exactly by 'brush up on past events.' Do you mean a summary of the story thus far, or like the history of Pellenein?
Either way, I'm afraid I don't have a solution yet. I'd like to add a glossary to Pervader at some point that gives more context to the story and setting, but that's not a priority right now.
You have to download just one of the versions depending on your operating system or device (Windows, Android, Mac or Linux). They're all up to date at version number 0.10.1.
Then you have to extract the files anywhere, or install the app if you're using Android. Note that if you're installing on Android over an older version, it may delete your save files.

Depending on who you went with after Ayan's Road you will be in a romance route with either Alen or Jymsar, which is only now starting to bloom.
The simulacrum is just some fun side content if you want something more adult. It's not quite part of the main story.

No certain plans, but I would like to get to it at some point. Don't expect anything any time soon.

The simulacrum is just a bit of side content fun. I will want to do more with it in the future, but right now I'm focused on the main story.

delete the older versions once you download the newest one
You can safely delete older versions without losing your save files, because your save files are located somewhere else on desktop.
(Uninstalling on Android will remove your save files though.)

If you're on Mac, it should be in:
