  • This was a nice little departure from the typical contest entry. The rules and mechanics were very intuitive and the puzzles had a good “show, don’t tell” approach. There were some parts where I really had to think my moves through carefully. The lack of music and sound effects was strange and it was hard to get immersed when the silence was so distracting. Nicely done, if a little bare bones.

Fairly simple gameplay, but it worked overall. Might be nice if there were expanded block types in order to raise the complexity and a few alternative solutions (as right now, there isn’t much solution variation).

Simple concept of block manipulation puzzle, but it is clean and plays well. Simple graphics makes it easier to focus on the important tasks, but there is a lack of sound.

The game works well, but definitely could do with some expansion and a bit more of a difficulty increase. The final level is fairly easy as are many of the other portions of the game.

Well its pretty simple, but so am I. I like puzzle games, this is a puzzle game. It makes sense, each level adds something new, and it all works. I like it!

1) This game really could have benefited from some calming music playing in the background.  As it stands, the game is so silent you could hear a pin drop.

2) I found an error in Room 4.  In that room you can push one of the white blocks over a black box beneath a switch.  Which is odd consider it's impossible to do this in every other room in the game.

3) This game really needed to have puzzles that would either prove to be more challenging for the player to solve or need more puzzle variety in order to keep the player's interest.  As it stands, this game can be beaten in around 15 minutes or so on your first time through.  And has no real replay value beyond beating the game faster.

4) It would have been neat if the game included a feature to calculate the length of time it took you to complete the game from beginning to end.  And if it could offer a breakdown by puzzle.

Thanks for the input! (Even if it wasn't exactly positive xD)

1) That was intentional. Perhaps not a good decision, though...

2) Oops! I had forgotten to restrict those specific tiles... Sorry! Thanks for letting me know!

3) I didn't have much time, I just threw together what I could. Let's just say I don't expect to win.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

4) Didn't have enough time to implement it...  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
