Creepy idea! I included it in my Godot Wild Jam #17 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

This project was super unique and just a wonderful little interactive experience. Awesome job. The movie theater had me on edge wondering what was going to happen next.

thank you :)

This is a rather interesting project with a number of drawbacks.

During the recording, the FPS really leaves much to be desired.

And a bunch of arrows + mouse is really not the best solution, as for me.

Unfortunately, the FPS does not allow us to evaluate all the points and maybe I missed some interesting references.

But the concept is good and the game has its own charm.

(And forgive my English, I use a Google Translate due to lack of knowledge of the language)

Thanks for playing and reviewing.
Sorry for the poor fps, and not testing it and managing it properly. That will be my lesson for this jam.
As for the choice of arrows : WASD is only convenient on english keyboards, on a french keyboard it's ZQSD, and i'm guessing there are other keyboards layout. So unless i implement some sort of controls customization i prefer to play safe with the arrow keys. I know it's not the best solution.

Yes, in this case it is not without meaning.

But with my comment I wanted to hint precisely at the possibility of customization; all the more so, besides AZERTY, there are left-handed people, with whom arrows can be more convenient.

And, I will wait a better version of it.

I wish my computer was slightly better, because during the gameplay I was getting like 2-5 FPS no joke. Once I watched the movie though, the game really clicked with me. Like all your other games, there's a certain mood here that is unique to you and I wish I could have appreciated it in it's intended scope.

One note though: weird choice to use arrow keys instead of WASD for a first person camera.

Yes its poorly executed on my part, i should have take time and find ways to test the framerate on other computers. Also the content is poor.
Thanks for playing despite the framerate and still finding something to like :)
I hope to make a better version of it, i think there are interesting things to to be done with the concept.

Interesting! Those street noises kept giving me the creeps

did you find the cinema (and did the projection work) ?

Of course! Even watched multiple movies ahah

It was on a second lap around the map (to see if I missed anything) that said noises kept giving me goose bumps
