Want to be in a fanzine? Want to run a fanzine? Don’t know where to start? Come join the Dimension 20 Zine Jam — no applications required! This is an annual charity event running from July 1st to August 1st where people have a month to run/participate in as many zines as they can.

In 2022, a total of 34 zines were made, and $2643.44 was raised for the Women’s Reproductive Rights Assistance Project (WRRAP)! You can find those zines here! In 2023, a total of 52 zines were made, and $1000.69 was raised for the SAG/AFTRA Entertainment Community Fund. You can find those zines here!

HOW DO I JOIN? 
1. It's recommended you join our Discord server! This is the hub where projects will be organised, and while zines can have separate discord servers/groupchats, this will be the way to meet fellow mods and contributors!
2. Have a zine idea? Feel free to let us know the deets: What’s the theme? What kind of media are you accepting? Are you doing it solo, or as a team? If you don't have a zine idea, you can simply join an existing project!
3. Get creating! It’s never too late to join the jam, so even if you miss the initial buzz, there are bound to be projects to join or do! There's no formal sign-up, all you need to qualify is to…
4. Submit the zine to our itch.io page before the deadline, August 1st.
5. At the end of the period, zines will be revealed, and displayed on our itch.io page in a gallery for anyone to look at!

RULES:
1. The zine must be Dimension 20 related. Any season is up for grabs!
2. The zine must be submitted to our itch.io page before the deadline of August 1st to be part of the zine jam reveal.
3. No NSFW (Nudity, Heavy Gore, Explicitly Sexual) content will be allowed; there are minors in the community and it's too difficult to moderate.
4. No hate speech or bigotry will be allowed.
5. All art/media submitted must be your own or used with permission from the artist.
6. Do not post full zines before the zine jam reveal date.
Apart from that, zines can be whatever you want them to be! Have fun!
