Thanks for the feedback, everyone. I'm very new to Unity and I spent more time than I'd like to admit trying to implement a number of animations I drew — I have frames for running, idling, and so on, but I couldn't figure out how to trigger animations in Unity for the life of me. I'm still trying to figure it out, so if anyone's aware of a simple tutorial or explanation that would be a huge help!

As some pointed out, if the character had animations (or at least a scale.x *= -1 when changing direction it would have added a lot to the feeling. The staying on platforms was a little too hard to (better have quite short time keeping running after letting go of arrow instead of what I'm guessing is the use of friction).

I got a bit, but then there was a long double jump.

not bad, be nice if the character had a run animation and faced the way he was running but good effort

Very simple game, I enjoyed it. I included this game in part 9 of my Cyberpunk Jam compilation video series, if you'd like to have a look :)

Wish the character would turn around instead of jumping backwards, and that the physics weren't quite so slippery. Nice music, though.

Very hardcore but pretty fun. Would've been nice to see some variation in the platforms/backgrounds. Good job though!

My bad! I forgot to mention you can double-jump. Updated the game description accordingly.

Don't know if its supposed to be this way, but space bar did not get me enough height at the leftmost platform. Maybe I gave up too soon?
