This is a Game Jam for the Black Card Members Community! 

Black Card Members is a space meant for empowering creatives of color; providing an open space for creatives of color to express themselves, make connections, and have fun amongst their peers; and Black Card Members is a space of advocation for those creatives of color and the black and brown community of every mix and shade. Our name is inspired by not the black card, the reference to passes into Black culture, but instead is reference to the exclusive Black Card credit card, that premium card the rich hold, because we’re all rich in who we are; we’re rich in our races, ethnicity, and/or melanin.

Our metaphorical exclusive card extends to Black creatives, Asian creatives, Latine, Native, and Islander creatives and all mixes among those, the branches of those, and every color between. We extend this Black Card, this exclusive invitation to people of this banner. We’re here to uplift creatives of color, network, and form bonds with people who know our worth.

The theme for our first ever Jam is SUNSHINE! Jam participants are able to take this theme and make whatever kind of game they want around it!
