Adding Id language and preferences UX improvements

Hello everyone. Here's a quicky.

Thanks to namoniya:

• Ren'Py Auto Speech Pauses now has Indonesian language support.
• Ren'Py Auto Speech Pauses now has better UX in case Text speed is set to 0 and using relative pauses.

About that 2nd element, The source code now has a warning related to having a default value of 0 for "Text speed" and also the UI shows a warning if using relative pauses and "Text speed" is maxed out.
