Windows Defender seems to be intermittently flagging the last couple of updates for a subset of people. It's a false positive (you can upload the file to https://virusscan.jotti.org or https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload to verify), but in the meantime I've rolled back to the previous version until we can figure out what's tripping it.
save button -> "save to disk" (button in save option where your normal autosaves and manual ones also appear) , download and start the newer version, click on save left sided ->"load from disk"
But keep in mind that it is never quaranteed your saves will work in those kind of games after big updates where e. g. variables have been changed. thats why creators normally use those version number systems indicating that 0.4.26f will most likely have only small changes and bugfixes compared to the e version while e.g. 0.5 would indicate some larger content changes where i as a smutty humble user would never expect my older saves to work :)

I love this game (i wish we had some visuals to go with ever especially for clothes because it makes them seem more boring without that visual but i know that would be hard to implement)
Anyway to the reason i commented, I’m playing the most recent update and i can’t see a single character in the “people” tab, not in any of the tabs either, not even the roommate. (im playing on iphone) Also no matter how many time i do laundry i cant get the event.
Well if you check the download icon's it shows that there is support for Android but not apple.
so that might be the reason and if so,try using a pc it support windows Mac and Linux,but if that doesn't work then i don't know why.
Another way it might be able to work is if you download the windows version on your phone and use a app to extract it it like ZAarciver then using joiplay that might also work.
I mean other than that the game works PERFECTLY and that people tab has worked on all previous updates as well, so it’s not like it’s something major that makes it impossible on Safari. It’s just with the most recent update that the characters wont show up there. I even still get a message saying “No people are around.” and it even shows me the “page [1/2]” thing as well.
Apparently some ad blockers are preventing this from showing up because of the name chosen for one of the div classes (we think)... it'll be changed for the next bugfix update and hopefully that solves it!

You're most likely to hear them having sex on the weekend, but I think you might need to select the 'Set alarm for 7:00' option for the best chance? And once you do that, after waking you need to head straight for the showers.
I was able to encounter the GF in the shower (after I got up and immediately went to the stall), but since I lost that save IDK if the shower encounter will help progress the storyline.
There's also the scene when you go back to your dorm and find a sock over the knob, that will trigger a punishment for the roommate or for both, depending how you choose to reply..

I really love how everything is written in this game. I don't know how to describe it. It just reads so easily, it's not too cluttered with descriptions, and the emotional scenes hit so well. Every character feels so alive and unique (even the randomly generated ones), they have their own interests, opinions and things they find attractive. One thing that I would like to see, if I could make one request, is descriptions of what skill points each uni class provides in course selection. It would be really useful, especially when planning to do a new run with a specific kind of MC, since the skill points you get from daily classes help out a lot.
i get what ya mean- the writing is just really nice and feels like how ACTUAL people interact unlike in a lot of visual-novel type games imo.
that's why i was so upset when all my data got deleted randomly, i really grew to like these characters, ESPECIALLY some of the randomly generated ones, and i probably won't see those characters again :')

Seems like a fun game so far, but I have a few questions:
How do I increase my Exhibitionism trait?
And how fast do my relationships with other characters progress? Because I'm on day 10, and I've barely even learned anyone's name. The Friendship and Lust meters seem to be moving very slowly.
Give it a few days more (a week more, maybe?), and things will start to move on really quickly as the people who are now "acquaintances" or "acquaintances of acquaintances" turn into friends. Besides, after the first week you can attend a party each Friday evening, where things get... interesting.
Swimming seems fast enough at start.. then you can masturbate in the shower, that will give you also the option to raise your willpower if you hold on your orgasm.. just keep an eye to the time and choose when do it, there're many chance someone will steal something from your closet if you do that in daytime
There's the cheat option to increase the rate of the relationship, will help also to get "faster" their names (yes will still take some interactions to get it also al x3)

I totally agree. What's more, I think this should work as a dynamic for relationships as well. For example, if you are not submissive and you are not willing to be. Or even if you are a switch person or for any other reason and you are not enjoying the sexual encounter. Ending it could have an effect on your relationships. Some won't care, others will want to understand where they went wrong and fix it. I would also like to be able to do a symbolic fight that doesn't leave me trapped. I mean, if I know the person wants to force me and I'm up for it, I pretend to fight so they can do that.
Another cool dynamic could work with those who don't like you. For example, I used the cheats to increase romance with a girl who didn't like me and that ultimately increased their friendship, although in our sexual encounters she continued to be the dominant girl that I liked. It shouldn't work with everyone because some people just don't like you, but it would be great to have a way to do it with some people. For example, showing a dominant person what it's like on the other side, that kind of thing. I mean, in a game a girl told me that she hated me for my sporty style. So, that's a pretty dumb first impression. Shouldn't I be able to impress her by changing my style, or at least catch her attention enough that she's willing to meet me?
You can fight to change position and choose a softer activity, but depending on the trait of the partner and your that could be really hard to do sometime

I mean the game intentionally isnt like DOL. And considering how its trans friendly i doubt that theres any plans for forced detransistion content or misgendering, optional or not. Theres a reason that any blackmail in th game is super tame.

I mean... the goal is to finish college. Do college things. and it seems like it's going to be a normal-ish life sim after you graduate. The game already is difficult enough with the money and paying your mom each week. I don't think having the MC be abused or a victim of corrective rape like they can be in DoL makes it more difficult. Just makes it less fun for people who are tired of every erotic text adventure game containing such dark topics.
If you like blackmail and aggressive NPCs, I recommend you try a game called Debasing Grounds. Course of Temptation is just a simulation of college life, and you can't expect a college campus to be filled with too many dangerous peopleヾ(•ω•`)o
Is it possible to hook up with your best friend? I assume it's either possible or planned for the future, since you can choose their penis size if they have one (...that was a weird thing to write), but I've been unsuccessful in getting mine to even consider the idea.
Keep attending the parties on Friday. It may look like you're not making progress for a while until, eventually, an event will occur at the party which will allow the relationship with your best friend to evolve.
I've played a lot of adult games and even though they're no pictures this game still is by far the best adult game on Itch. I swear every update makes it better and better. I love feeling in control of every decision and who I want to pursue. I have a idea I'd like to share with you the ability to invite people to hangout at your dorm would be really cool and being able to visit other peoples dorms other then your best friend.
Considering the school setting a gun would probably be very distasteful. So im equally as perplexed as you are as to why someone would want guns in here

i'm having some trouble with getting my save data to work. it's been fine for the past few months i've been playing the game, but today, out of nowhere, my save data is gone. i downloaded a save file to my desktop a while ago, but that didn't seem to save either. i'm really upset, as i've spent a lot of hours on this game and really don't want all of my data gone but i'm not sure what else to do. i did not clear my cache on my computer, or anything like that, so i don't know what could've caused it. please help! thank you.

And how fast do my relationships with other characters progress? Because I'm on day 10, and I've barely even learned anyone's name. The Friendship and Lust meters seem to be moving very slowly.
Give it a few days more (a week more, maybe?), and things will start to move on really quickly as the people who are now "acquaintances" or "acquaintances of acquaintances" turn into friends. Besides, after the first week you can attend a party each Friday evening, where things get... interesting.

Swimming seems fast enough at start.. then you can masturbate in the shower, that will give you also the option to raise your willpower if you hold on your orgasm.. just keep an eye to the time and choose when do it, there're many chance someone will steal something from your closet if you do that in daytime

It would be nice to have a way to stop sex, even if it's a struggle, just because I consented to start it doesn't mean I'll stay calm and just watch someone force me to do what I previously said not to do, with no option to end it and go away.
I totally agree. What's more, I think this should work as a dynamic for relationships as well. For example, if you are not submissive and you are not willing to be. Or even if you are a switch person or for any other reason and you are not enjoying the sexual encounter. Ending it could have an effect on your relationships. Some won't care, others will want to understand where they went wrong and fix it. I would also like to be able to do a symbolic fight that doesn't leave me trapped. I mean, if I know the person wants to force me and I'm up for it, I pretend to fight so they can do that.
Another cool dynamic could work with those who don't like you. For example, I used the cheats to increase romance with a girl who didn't like me and that ultimately increased their friendship, although in our sexual encounters she continued to be the dominant girl that I liked. It shouldn't work with everyone because some people just don't like you, but it would be great to have a way to do it with some people. For example, showing a dominant person what it's like on the other side, that kind of thing. I mean, in a game a girl told me that she hated me for my sporty style. So, that's a pretty dumb first impression. Shouldn't I be able to impress her by changing my style, or at least catch her attention enough that she's willing to meet me?

You can fight to change position and choose a softer activity, but depending on the trait of the partner and your that could be really hard to do sometime

the game lacks conflict. i don't see anything in the roadmap either.

Add a goal in the game. in my case, if you have money and school performance, you obviously need to farm the gym, with standard speed and limit it's " Daily Skill Gain Cap" per day; i.e. it's just tedious.
I mean the game intentionally isnt like DOL. And considering how its trans friendly i doubt that theres any plans for forced detransistion content or misgendering, optional or not. Theres a reason that any blackmail in th game is super tame.
This isn't DoL. It's an in-development life sim set in a college with a softer, more free-form, open-world vibe. "Year One" isn't even complete yet.
I see you making a LOT of comparisons to DoL, so my suggestion would be.. go play DoL?
I just read the comments here and didn't see anyone writing anything about the goal of the game and the difficulty. I wish there was a goal and more challenges
I mean... the goal is to finish college. Do college things. and it seems like it's going to be a normal-ish life sim after you graduate. The game already is difficult enough with the money and paying your mom each week. I don't think having the MC be abused or a victim of corrective rape like they can be in DoL makes it more difficult. Just makes it less fun for people who are tired of every erotic text adventure game containing such dark topics.
If you like blackmail and aggressive NPCs, I recommend you try a game called Debasing Grounds. Course of Temptation is just a simulation of college life, and you can't expect a college campus to be filled with too many dangerous peopleヾ(•ω•`)o
Is it possible to hook up with your best friend? I assume it's either possible or planned for the future, since you can choose their penis size if they have one (...that was a weird thing to write), but I've been unsuccessful in getting mine to even consider the idea.
Keep attending the parties on Friday. It may look like you're not making progress for a while until, eventually, an event will occur at the party which will allow the relationship with your best friend to evolve.
