I really enjoyed this! Otmund has the exact personality type I'm always looking for, "stoic" and responsible but ultimately very sweet and kind. I really appreicated the way his interactions were written on both sides and how you were also able to be more introverted/on the calm side and still have a nice romance with him.
I appreciate the way the conflict handled in his route too. I know it can be hard to strike to balance, but it never felt too one-sided or "preachy" or like you were just there to play conflict resolution to me. I felt like pretty much everything was handled maturely actually, which was really pleasant and gave it a nice cozy feeling.
I wasn't sure if I was going to like Rein tbh, because similar archtypes in other stories tend to not be my thing, but I ended up liking them even just on my first playthrough of Otmund's path. I actually ended up feeling a bit guilty for always hanging out with Otmund and potentially making them feel like a third wheel lol, even though they took it pretty well.
We didn't click very well on their own route though tbh. It usually felt like my only option was to either act in a way that was the almost opposite of how I'd want to or to outright blame poor Rein for their own trauma and abuse, which I of course never wanted to do. I'm sure plenty of people enjoyed their route just as much as I enjoyed Otmund's though, and I still wish them the best!

I kinda wish both of them have a happy ending even without the mc .. I always feel bad for characters like them.. It makes it hard to choose a favorite. For first time I don't have a favorite I like both very much. I played both routes with joy
I'm playing Rein's route right now but I'm not that far in. I did Otmund first because I got there organically. Rein is less satisfying so far, but only because Otmund is definitely my type (visually and personality wise), and I had too much fun teasing and flustering the grumpy responsible one. I have a thing for the strong, quiet, and grumpy ones. Rein is cute, but I think we would be more awesome friends than anything else. I think we are too similar personality wise, but the difference comes in where I'm too much of a helper (labor oriented) to lounge around while others do the heavy lifting; which is why i wound up on Otmund's route first. Somehow I wound up in a realistic narrative for myself during Otmund's route (whoops): the hardworking and responsible, teasing, flirt, who also gets stuck in role of peacekeeper/mediator XD
AH! I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! I wish there was more! I was so sad when it ended but was so satisfied with both endings! (I can't bring myself to reject them :[) It'd be cool if there was a sequel where you all meet up again and go on another adventure but I won't force ya. Keep up the cool work!
Even tho this will never happen but i actually thought of ending, instead of rein and otmund bad ending, how about mc get a bad end where the mc got pissed at rein and otmund agruing they decided to go on their own without nobody. and then the text will say what happen to us when we left. i know this will never happen, but when i finished the whole game i thought of this.
ong i love this game!!!!! otmund is so cool <3 i noticed that in the gallery there were two pictures that were missing, i completed the 'good' route for both otmund and rein, do i need to complete the 'bad' route to get those?
Oh my god, that was so beautiful :'D I love Otmund, he's so lovely, sassy, delightful and so so cute (especially when he is blushing, so adorable xD) I had a wonderful time playing your game, the end was very wholesome (Rein and Otmund were friendly with each other) and Otmund and MC were together :D you did an amazing job!!
Otmund's route is awesome. I feel like you really get to know him as a character and everything flows so smoothly. He grows as an individual and it gives his character depth. His personality is awesome. Rein, on the other hand is not someone I would be friends with irl. Swears too much, a bit bitter and spiteful. But to each their own. I really enjoyed this game and would recommend !
Hands down this is probably my favorite game on here now- OTMUND HAS MY HEARTTT, I was sad when the game ended but then the cute little epilogues omg love love love
I love Otmund, he is so cute and shy, and I feel the empress is also interesting, she makes out Otmund, giving him encouragement, I can't help watching them marrying. Haha, their love is exquisite and warm. By the way, I want to call Rein angel of our team. he is so conscientious.
It's my top 1 game on itch.io. I think I played most of the games here!! Both guys are so well-written characters. You can not love them. I preferred the route of Otmund because you can see how he changes through the game. The main character is also so funny and I love them as much as guys. Thank you for making this game <33
Thank you for your game, I enjoyed it a lot! It was very well written, the dialogue flowed naturally and I felt like I could really get to know Otmund and Rein. The art is great too and you did such a good job of including different sceneries and settings!
The pacing of the relationships (and game overall) was really well done too, it felt very natural progressing. I enjoyed that MC could be honest about their feelings and/or flirty, too! Especially Otmund's reactions made me smile because I could never tell beforehand if he'd brush it off with a smirk or be caught unprepared and started blushing. (pls tell him I blushed too)

Just finished playing the game and ugh, I love these two to death! both of them are so cute and I loved both of their routes. A poly route with these two would be a blessing~

I loved the teasing and the seductive vs flustered choices. I'm saving Reins' route because after that I'll have played the whole game, and I really like the writing.
Also I can't tell, is there a poly route? Because it *feels* like there's a poly route or there's the right set up for one, but there's only epilogues for mono endings...

Oh, I enjoyed Traveller's Road so much, thank you for making and sharing it with us! I loved both Otmund's and Rein's routes, i want to hold both their hands. And I really appreciated that we immediately tease them about them sharing the bed, as it was also my first thought. And being taken care of by our companions and RO when we get hurt? Beautiful, perfect, amazing.
Overall so heart-warming and comfortable (? idk if that's the right word but the feeling is hard to describe) and while I got the bad ends on accident the first time for each route it didn't discourage me from trying again. you goal was a growing together, soft but exciting adventure and you achieved that. the writing itself was just like how a DM would speak and the slow growth of the budding relationship with your love interest was so heartwarming. i think my favorite part though was the small note to the reader at the end <3 thank you so much for sharing this game!!

Qkayoo, you have absolutely outdone yourself with the complete version!!! WOW. The later scenes are somehow even wittier and more entrancing than in those shown off demo, I was laughing aloud and blushing more than once. As before, I love how you incorporate the characters' backgrounds and insecurities into their behaviors - and you added new backgrounds! And more CGs! (Rein's shirtless dancing CG, be still my heart.) And EPILOGUES. Good and bad epilogues were equally well-written and engaging. You really didn't have to spoil us so much but you DID.
Traveller's Road is comforting and intimate all at once; 10/10 would play a million times more. Thank you for sharing Rein and Otmund with us. I'm truly looking forward to whatever you make next!
