OOOOOK I understand why it reminded me of OOT, whole thing feels like a callback to the fear many zelda fans had of the moon from majoras mask. still solid work for something so brief!
At first I wasn't even sure if this was a horror game. The surroundings and music were very tranquil. Looking at the stars through the telescope was pretty cool, and it was neat that it gave the name / distance, etc.... When I saw the red 'star', thats exactly what I thought it was, until it got closer, showed me its eye, and then supposedly killed me. The little stinger at the end made me jump a little bit! It was a pretty good little horror game.
A very short but fun experience. I found the environment super relaxing. Honestly the environment reminded me of a dream, the Nintendo 64 had some seriously awesome graphics. Great work recreating the look!
Nice short cosmic horror game. I liked the info on the stars and the colorful graphics. It's funny that you both get the urge to run/hide from the beast but also can't look away when it arrives. Enjoyable experience, thanks for creating :)
it was so atmospheric, honestly the stargazing portion of it could be totally expanded upon and become its own game entirely. The horror element definitely added a crazy twist to this otherwise very calm experience and the idea of a planet that in itself is an entity that was coming for you was absolutely terrifying! You definitely landed the N64 style and graphics for a fact and I loved this short yet memorable experience!

I thought this was really cool! You did a great job recreating that awesome N64 aesthetic. Super atmospheric, and very creepy. Thanks for your work!
I talked about Stargazing 64 in my video this week, if anyone is interested:
I don't know if the Junji Ito reference is intentional, but whether it is or not this is still a fantastic little horror game.
What a game!
