Great game, would love to see it expanded! If you do plan to expand it, I'd like to see more work to make it feel like an actual operating system, because right now the UI feels somewhat superfluous. I would also like to see more work done for notetaking. Being able to right click folders to use as breadcrumbs is not as helpful as I want it to be. This would be a cool case to implement the ability to rename folders imo, then the player can come up with their own naming scheme.
I'm loving it so far, would be great if I could click on the previous folder/door in the directory path (door > door > door > door) to go back to the previous room.
LOL what a fun game. While it's unbalanced, makes it nice and casual. And just want I was looking for. Was also kinda cool getting "chestception" 2 glasses + 4 magic hats = infinite chests. Had 9 of most items, 150hp. 150 heat max. Kills made me at zero heat and healed full. icecream reduced heat by 40. And water bottles healed me past overheating damage.
wow, very well done! I also felt like it is a little bit too generous with loot and upgrades. I mean the enemies couldn't even touch me on the second floor. But it was satisfying and the whole folder system like maze is a very original idea!
Also, for anyone else who wasn't reading and didn't know this, right-clicking a folder lets you toggle between some markers so you don't lose track of where you've been, which is a really nice QOL feature.
Great - but it opens on my second monitor not my main one for some reason - and the resolution it opens with - cuts off the edges of the game. I cannot find anyway to make it open on my main monitor or to open at the correct width for my monitor.
had a run where by the end i was guaranteed to find another chest inside each chest, guaranteed to get ice cream in each chest, and guaranteed to get 2 keys whenever i picked up one
anytime i found a chest i just kept going down the rabbit hole until i ran out of keys, and was getting enough ice cream to make up for the heat going up

I can't play this on my pc because the monitor is too small, i cant do anything im just stuck at the beginnin

Wow, very fun despite its simplicity. I had a pretty silly bat + baguette knight + magic feather combo going for me.
One thing I noticed: When you restart, the a second music placer appears to start playing in addition of the first, so the sound gets layered.
wish there was a back key button so i didn't have to keep clicking on the back arrow with my mouse.
other than that, it was really fun!

I liked it a lot! In fact, I got so op because I thought There would be more but... when I was ready I just.. got to the file... yay... I guess.
