Unfortunately, no. Ren'py and Android have always struggled to work without issues together and the issue is always a combination of OS version and hardware. Newer OS's on older hardware especially seem to struggle.
The next update will contain an upgrade to the latest SDK which should fix the issues you're having. Fingers crossed!

It seems that you put a completely black outline with slightly higher scale behind the images - the bug being that the image or the outline is shifted so that instead of an outline it is like a really weird shadow/clone.
[Edit: on further inspection it seems the issue is just horizontal scale - the lines seem to match with the right side but trail off to the left]

That's not a bug - it's called a "drop shadow" and is a very common stylistic choice throughout a variety of media.
Rollback is always problematic in Ren'py and it's usually not advisable to do it, though the option is there for people who want to take the risk (it's usually fine if just scrolling back a couple of lines). Changing scenes will fix any graphical issues.
Jessica (and a few other characters) moving off-screen when not currently talking is an issue with how Ren'py handles "side image" code. The later events using side image code are fixed to no longer do this, but I'm still trawling through the code to fix the earlier instances that are still zipping around.

If you know where the saves are on both platforms you just copy them from one to the other.

Hey guys why the game crash when I'm at certain speech like in the bar or the church how to fix the problem? Because I'm really enjoying the game so help me is there any fix?
All the music for the game is listed in the "CREDITS.txt" file in the game folder, as well as the in-game credits (available from the menu on the left, under "credits") :)
I don't know why but when I get to the point of talking to the nuns at the church for the first time the screen keeps freezing. I don't know if it's my phone's problem or not, am I the only one this happens to?
I can't get it to install I had to delete more than twice the size just for the install to start and now it's stops at 90℅ now matter how much space I have. I can free up more.

This is, honest to god, one of my favourite visual novels of all time, and quite frankly, for a one man show from what I can tell, is absurdly impressive. I do have a question though, is there any documentation of all the outcomes for exploring in the three regions? I'm currently on my second play through and I'm trying to make sure I don't miss anything. Also massive props to Chris, I know I would not have your patience for what you do.
As for documentation, it's not really possible for me to maintain any form of walkthrough, given the weekly update schedule, so as Chris says your best bet would probably be the Wiki. Alternatively, you can stop by the Discord server if you haven't already - lots of people there talking about the game (and a myriad of other things) who'd be more than happy to point you towards the more hidden goodies in the game.
The war map sometimes crashes and sometimes doesn't? Ren'py is a 2D game engine, which means the code is incredibly simple - if something doesn't work, it will never work, and if it does work then it will always work.
So if it's only sometimes crashing for you then it sounds like there's an issue with your device. As silly as it may sound, try completely powering down your phone and then turn it back on again. It could be that some drivers have gotten confused.
a linux laptop with the ability to run and download android games and i've played similar game but not this particular one and none of the past ones had any requirement to do all this it was just download the apk file and go

idk if you ever will get morgans trust chasitys actualy on the mc side so i think she will trust him but she only shows up briefly after tenticals turn the mcs arms black

The saves will only go away if you uninstall. If you install the new version as an update, it should be fine.
You could make a backup if you feel like being safer.

Itch.io is dumb sometimes and puts the APK inside a zip file.
Get a file manager that can extract the zip or download from the public posts on Patreon or Substar.
The public release is the same one you get here on itch.io

It depends on you having Lily on 4 hearts before going into act 3.

You can’t.
But if you haven’t visited Gramps, check the manor’s garden, the note in there will prompt you to visit.
Do the 4 levels of training and then after that search for the pigeon in the lake (3 times).
Then the leads tell you what to do.

Autosave is enabled, but it only autosaves whenever you go to sleep.
Check the A page on the saves thing.

From what I recall, you type the instruction word in backwards.
You did “whistle” and “clap” just fine, but had trouble with “think backwards”?
