Hey, your last big update, in October, said you'd have chapter 1 released by early 2023. I'm just wondering when you're planning on dropping it. I want to support on Patreon after playing the prolouge, but I'm waiting until there's some evidence the game is actually going to be updated. I beleive you when you say you're working hard and doing the work, but I remember playing this for the first time a couple years back and there basically hasn't been any real updates since.
So I've been following this game since it's came out and I swear the creator said the newest update is coming this month. Now I've been trying to be patient but after seeing many other H games be updated much much more all this time, I can't help but think this is a scam. Multiple other creators have been updating their works and yet we haven't even seen a snipit of what's coming and that's worrying as hell. Since clearly there was an update trailer for the the version currently available yet you say it's coming soon, but won't update your actual page to show that. Please just be honest with me so I can stop getting my hopes up. All you're doing is giving a man with depression pain by not doing anything but empty promises, stop being a monster.
I keep putting this one off, not sure way but I do recall reading a while back that things likes threesomes were removed as it happened too fast in the storyline, did these ever get added back into the game at a later date? I don't me a good group scene here or there.
Hoping there will be voices in the girls :) even only in just love scenes :P and hoping there will be manual control in love scenes hahaha and can you make the fishing more easier its hard , its very bottom of my screen i need to remove my case for me to fish easier haha, just suggesting though, btw thank you for your hardwork nice story keep it up top 1 Hgame :D
Just beat the Prologue. Wanted to say this is one of the best written indie erogames I have seen. I know you've run into development roadblocks but I really look forward to future updates. I think you really have something great here and hope you can continue working on it.
I knew you are working hard on this project. The storyline of this game is great but the animation in android version is very poor. I only wants to make animation smoother on Android version.
My favourite H game is Eternum by caribdis. And i still believe you can beat that guy in making a H game.
So work hard on this project and take your time making this game one of the best H game.

I'm working pretty hard to improve the story of the game, the prologue was quite weird in terms of progression and etc, I hope to fix that in Chapter 1.
I was just enjoy exploring the location when suddenly i saw an anomaly on the game screen when the first time i saw it at midnight in the market, i thought its supposed to be a bug, but the next time im trying to spend time with evie at the bicycle park in the evening, the moment after evie dissapeared from the screen, i saw it again, im kinda curious because im pretty sure it was like an easter eggs so i decided to go back there at midnight and i was like wtf, theres was a jumpscare and im really shocked, in that moment i know that this isnt just a normal harem game.
Aside from that, i like the story so much even if its still just a prologue, and the background music also, a lot of sad drama with a little comedy.
Im looking forward for these stuff in the future, i already take a look at the next version sneak peak but its unclear about whats gonna happen next, this is just my assumption for events in the next version based from the current game story version because im not sure how the story will go on from chapter 1 :
1)Dojo expansion, where possibly luna, evie, ari, (shino?), or (the mc?) to train and interact, im pretty sure quintuplets can fix the dojo in order for that to happen 2)Flashback for previous heroes in the guild and whats actually happened before, (there was a scary flashback vision when the mc bring luna into the guild for the first time where the guild seems (destroyed)?) 3)Forest expansion, theres a lite forest area called lake in this version but im pretty sure this area are going to be big, considering that theres a goblin outpost in there and elizabeth, ari with leticia took days to arrive at the sealed town from their hometown while walking inside the forest 4)The mc find a way to revert the potion that narissa drank before and narissa becoming a guild member (even if almost everyone in the guild hates demon, but im pretty sure they will allow it) 5)Shikia's hidden power 6)Marriage with rebecca 7)Possibly a scene for another demon god (probably after knowing that the mc is a hero), and a true reason why leon works together with the demon 8)Hometown expansion, im not sure how this will looks like when the mc and his family back there but i have a feeling that leon and another demon already destroying their house 9)Sex and lew scene with ari, elizabeth, sunny, luna (not in bathroom), leticia, delilah, and narissa 10)Relationship with another girl like helen, yinna, abigail, (granny? lol), and possibly with the demon god also with another new character 11)Sunny's hidden power or even new powerful good character/threat for the sealed town (im not sure what is happening in the church later but it seems like sunny is trying to cast some magic or maybe thats from the new character) 12)Option to bust in and interact when the girl is taking a bath in the guild bathroom or when sunny is taking a bath at the beach bathroom 13)New area for guild board mission
Im sorry if its too much but thank you for the game, i just completed it and as usual like another game, im more interested with the storyline rather than the lewd and sex scene, but this doesnt mean that i dont like the lewd and sex scene, theyre already looks good enough for me
1 - Chapter 1 is all about training, so you will repair, build and expand the dojo and see the characters train and interact there. 2 - Lucy, Luna, and Kiuta's story. You will have to wait for this! 3 - In Chapter 1, there are two new, improved forests. One is dark and rocky, while the other has a river, and it's quite bright. 4 - At the end of the prologue, it is mentioned that they need the blood of Crimsonborn (or Crimson Mages like they were called before) to revert the potion's effect. The entire Chapter 1 goes around this. It is the first long-term goal the MC receives the moment chapter 1 starts. 5 - ... 6 - The marriage plot will get extended and mentioned during the rest of the chapters. 7 - There isn't another demon goddess in the MC region (Valirya). You will see lots of Demon Goddess scenes and the relationship with Narissa. The thing of Leon will have to wait a while, but you will see him. 8 - ... 9 - I have good news for you....! 10 - You will have relationships with other girls, yes. 11 - You will see lots of Sunny and her role in the Town during chapter 1, and, the new threats ofc. 12 - Done! 13 - There will be multiple guild board areas.

worry less, most of the time the event happens the next day, once in a while they might take longer, I have Lucy at level 8, and will work on leveling her more but I just added the family and I did Elizabeth, Ari, and Leticia first now I'm starting to level all the girls to max level and maybe get to sleep with some more. I was kind of hoping for a release above 0.1.2 but no sutch luck, and it took me forever to get this n\done twice... :) OH well I guess when we don't bay $80 for the game it can take really long... and I have enjoyed the game a lot.

1) There is a scene i can't unlock, the one with Lucy in her lab. When i click "action" it shows "???" in gray and i can't select it. Am i missing something? All characters are max level.

Kind of a rude comment to make when he isn't even incorrect. You are offering the game for free sure, but you're taking money through Patreon to support you while development continues. You have changed the release date several times over and aren't very consistent with providing information about when new things will release.
It's fine that you are experiencing burnout and taking your time, but you really don't communicate super clearly about what's happening. I've been wanting to join your Patreon for a long time, because I beleive you deserve money for the work you're putting in, but I can't until I actually see some content that is playable. The way you've gone about communicating and your release schedule is a big reason why you get comments like this, it's not your place to be smug when people who want to support you have been waiting almost 3 years for evidence you're actually going to release something at some point.

This game is pretty cool. Although there has not been an update for a long time, I know that Komisari is still working on it, so I am waiting for the release of a high-quality and large update (otherwise it cannot be, as for the prologue - a good plot and a good pleasant gameplay with interesting mechanics). Appeal to Komisari - do not pay attention to the various haters, just do at a pace convenient for you what you like.

Can someone tell me what's the difference between android version and desktop version cuz i really like this game and this is my second time playing on android because i can't find the logs and deleted it lol i was wondering if i could get the full android version from desktop
Hi! Quick question, how do you plan on retaining saves in the 1.x.x version of the game? Or quite possibly, could the 1.x.x release of the game differ from the 0.x.x versions of the game to such a degree, that 0.x.x playthroughs and their saves will become irrelevant to 1.x.x pacing and story? Will there be a file import system? Will it somehow transfer the existing saves? I'm asking because I am currently playing on the web-downloadable itch.io version, so downloads and file locations are manual. I have made quite an impressive amount of progress by my own standarts, and I don't really want to lose my save unless it becomes irrelevant in-case the story changes in a way that won't suit the previous playthroughs on the 0.x.x versions of the game.

The last time you updated about the roadmap on your discord was Nov. 3, 2021. Your last announcement on discord was Dec. 15, 2022. I have been a follower of your game since 2020. Please do better, stop being lazy (I am happy you are aware of it), and please make some content for the fans that been supporting you.

However, do not put any money into the game because I think for us as a Community we must stop giving them money, so they become aware we are seeing a lack of developing. Also almost 3 years since the last update? Pretty there was a Halloween update so that's 5 months not 3 years.
Remember something bud this is one person developing a game that has more features than pretty much any other in this type of category, that's has some of the smoothest animations and gameplay for anything of this type that isn't just a basic renpy or unity build.
But to summarise good things come to those that wait.

The "Halloween update" you refer to wasn't new content, but content that was locked behind your computer's local time/date settings. It was the same exact content from the previous year, read that specific update blog and you'll see the dev say the same. If you still don't believe me, turn off automatic updates for your time/date setting and change the date to Halloween, it will enable that content again.
Nope, never mentioned the Halloween content, I was simply saying that was their last post on Itch.io. I am aware of the Halloween event, I've been following this update on this game for almost 3 years now.
No, GreyishGreen mentioned the Halloween update, which was simply a post mentioning it was that time of year and that the content was available to play again. I was simply pointing out that it wasn't an update to the game at all, and that it was simply old content being unlocked by your computer's time/date settings. See the dev's reply just before yours.
My point still stands, last post on here was Halloween, I understand what you are saying. I am saying that it's barely updated anymore, and just more and more promises from the dev. I simply have to see it to believe it now, I hate for this game to be another MGI controversy.

Hello, I'm really happy you love the game. I'm extremely passionate about HHG, I work and talk every day about it with my friends, and I every day think about the story, and how it can be improved, geez, I even have a worldanvil page where I write everything about the world-building and how stuff works.
I'm in love with Hero's Harem Guild, and I work every single day on it, so it hurts a little bit when people say I need to work harder or that I dropped the project, but it's understandable due to your position of not seeing me doing x stuff every day.
Now, before, was I working faster than today? No, that's not technically true. I want Hero's Harem Guild to be the best or one of the best H games out there so that requires me to improve my way of doing stuff and BE BETTER.
Before, I was just posing some characters, using modders' items and scenarios that were already made by others, and just using them. I didn't care too much about lightning, the camera, or about even the story, it was really simple to do everything.
Today that is different. As I modify textures of objects and create my own, I use proper lighting, I work a lot on the camera to give a more animey feeling, and I do lots, lots of other stuff I work on. (Sounds, expressions, effects on photoshop, etc)
And I believe that is why it might... feel... "slower". Because the quality of what I'm doing forces me to be slower, but I can't go faster; I go as fast as possible, as always
I'm aware that lots of people do not believe in me, but I don't care. I just hope that whenever I release this, people can see the clear and exponential quality differences between the 3-year-old version and the new. And I'm extremely fine if people don't support me on Patreon; I'm not writing this for people to go and pay me. I don't care, don't do it. When I write stuff, I do it to tell people I'm still working on the game, and I want HHG to be the best H game ever. So, play it whenever it releases.

It's absolutely shameful of you to call the developer lazy or say they need to "do better", no matter when the last update was.
This is basically a free game and you are not entitled to frequent updates and content, regardless of how much you donated or for how long you've been a follower.
The developer will release updates based on their own schedule and you have no place to set expectations for the development or even implore the community to stop donations. This is their game after all, not yours.
Perhaps rather be grateful for the fact that you already got to enjoy all the updates that have come out so far.
I am simply worried about the donators. The dev for MGI just quit and promised everyone more content and never fulfilled that promise. Also, before you get mad at me for calling the dev "lazy", go look at their profile on discord. They literally describe themselves as a lazy game developer. Hint on why I said (glad you are aware of it lol), I made sure to write my comment as good as I could without attacking them. I am simply worried about everyone giving them money for more updates when it has been 3 years since the last update.
I think it's completely alright to be curious about future updates, especially after that amount of time. But I mean...you could've just asked, like "Hey, what's the current state of development" or "When do you plan for the next update to release" or something like that.
That would've been far more respectful than being demanding or judgemental about it right away, without knowing the reasons for the delay.
And about your worries for the donators: They can choose to stop donating literally anytime, it's up to them if they wanna believe in an update or not or if they maybe just donate out of appreciation for what's already there. It's not really an unjust thing for the developer to receive donations, even when there's no new updates. In the end, every donator needs to decide that for themselves.
You are 100% right, and I apologize if I came off demanding or judgmental. That was not my intention and still isn't. I just think numerous people are riding on this hope train that a new update might come out. And sure it might! But if you look at the track record, it's not great.
Especially when you're getting money from your donators, but they get nothing in return. It's not exactly tipping anymore because tipping is there for the service you got. But yes, all donators can think for themselves and decide for themselves, but I also am free to inform new players about the track record of the game and how the dev is handling it.
It's not a black and white issue, it about is there going to be a new update, is the dev still working on it, is the money going to dev helping them with the game. So many questions and I can't help but ponder that after three years, we would have another update by now. 3 years of money coming from patrons, 1,254 patrons (As of March 2023) over 6k a month. I can't help but be skeptical and think of MGI. I can't help it. It is just what I see.

i LOVE this game, specially because it has lore and theres a reason of why are you fucking the characters. I love Jimmy, best secondary character ever, I hope it updates soon, im pretty close to complete the prologue and Im really excited to know more about the story.

This is cause to some consecutive small delays caused by IRL family health problems, nothing too serious but you know, 1 day without working, two days, three days, it starts stacking together. And just remember, if I'm not sit on my computer doing stuff, then the project is basically freeze until I continue, so IRL stuff really hurts in the expected delay. In this case I won't ask patience for another entire month, I just need some extra days"

Well, yes, but we shud consider, hes just some teenage farmboy, living in small village, suddenly dropped in fight with a demon (when he actually was very brave), and stranded to unknown land with strange people, harrased by Lady, etc. In fact, i think, hes brave and smart, just cautionus maybe. Look how he defends the girls in need, for example. Actually, this story is well written in overall. Cheers.

Im sorry if its too much but thank you for the game, i just completed it and as usual like another game, im more interested with the storyline rather than the lewd and sex scene, but this doesnt mean that i dont like the lewd and sex scene, theyre already looks good enough for me
1 - Chapter 1 is all about training, so you will repair, build and expand the dojo and see the characters train and interact there.
2 - Lucy, Luna, and Kiuta's story. You will have to wait for this!
3 - In Chapter 1, there are two new, improved forests. One is dark and rocky, while the other has a river, and it's quite bright.
4 - At the end of the prologue, it is mentioned that they need the blood of Crimsonborn (or Crimson Mages like they were called before) to revert the potion's effect. The entire Chapter 1 goes around this. It is the first long-term goal the MC receives the moment chapter 1 starts.

6 - The marriage plot will get extended and mentioned during the rest of the chapters.

worry less, most of the time the event happens the next day, once in a while they might take longer, I have Lucy at level 8, and will work on leveling her more but I just added the family and I did Elizabeth, Ari, and Leticia first now I'm starting to level all the girls to max level and maybe get to sleep with some more. I was kind of hoping for a release above 0.1.2 but no sutch luck, and it took me forever to get this n\done twice... :) OH well I guess when we don't bay $80 for the game it can take really long... and I have enjoyed the game a lot.

I have two questions:
1) There is a scene i can't unlock, the one with Lucy in her lab. When i click "action" it shows "???" in gray and i can't select it. Am i missing something? All characters are max level.

Kind of a rude comment to make when he isn't even incorrect. You are offering the game for free sure, but you're taking money through Patreon to support you while development continues. You have changed the release date several times over and aren't very consistent with providing information about when new things will release.
It's fine that you are experiencing burnout and taking your time, but you really don't communicate super clearly about what's happening. I've been wanting to join your Patreon for a long time, because I beleive you deserve money for the work you're putting in, but I can't until I actually see some content that is playable. The way you've gone about communicating and your release schedule is a big reason why you get comments like this, it's not your place to be smug when people who want to support you have been waiting almost 3 years for evidence you're actually going to release something at some point.

This game is pretty cool. Although there has not been an update for a long time, I know that Komisari is still working on it, so I am waiting for the release of a high-quality and large update (otherwise it cannot be, as for the prologue - a good plot and a good pleasant gameplay with interesting mechanics). Appeal to Komisari - do not pay attention to the various haters, just do at a pace convenient for you what you like.

Quick question, how do you plan on retaining saves in the 1.x.x version of the game?
Or quite possibly, could the 1.x.x release of the game differ from the 0.x.x versions of the game to such a degree, that 0.x.x playthroughs and their saves will become irrelevant to 1.x.x pacing and story?
Will there be a file import system?
Will it somehow transfer the existing saves?
I'm asking because I am currently playing on the web-downloadable itch.io version, so downloads and file locations are manual.
I have made quite an impressive amount of progress by my own standarts, and I don't really want to lose my save unless it becomes irrelevant in-case the story changes in a way that won't suit the previous playthroughs on the 0.x.x versions of the game.

I love the game you built, in the beginning, yes I only had one thought on my mind, however after playing your game, I was thrown into your story. You have great story telling, and that is why it makes me sad to talk negatively on your Page like this.
Your last post on Itch.io was on Halloween of 2022. The last time you updated about the roadmap on your discord was Nov. 3, 2021. Your last announcement on discord was Dec. 15, 2022. And lastly, your tweets are all over the place, it's hard to get any information if the game is still being worked on. You keep saying, check all these ares for more information.

Remember something bud this is one person developing a game that has more features than pretty much any other in this type of category, that's has some of the smoothest animations and gameplay for anything of this type that isn't just a basic renpy or unity build.

The "Halloween update" you refer to wasn't new content, but content that was locked behind your computer's local time/date settings. It was the same exact content from the previous year, read that specific update blog and you'll see the dev say the same. If you still don't believe me, turn off automatic updates for your time/date setting and change the date to Halloween, it will enable that content again.

No, GreyishGreen mentioned the Halloween update, which was simply a post mentioning it was that time of year and that the content was available to play again. I was simply pointing out that it wasn't an update to the game at all, and that it was simply old content being unlocked by your computer's time/date settings. See the dev's reply just before yours.
My point still stands, last post on here was Halloween, I understand what you are saying. I am saying that it's barely updated anymore, and just more and more promises from the dev. I simply have to see it to believe it now, I hate for this game to be another MGI controversy.

I'm extremely passionate about HHG, I work and talk every day about it with my friends, and I every day think about the story, and how it can be improved, geez, I even have a worldanvil page where I write everything about the world-building and how stuff works.
I'm in love with Hero's Harem Guild, and I work every single day on it, so it hurts a little bit when people say I need to work harder or that I dropped the project, but it's understandable due to your position of not seeing me doing x stuff every day.
Now, before, was I working faster than today? No, that's not technically true. I want Hero's Harem Guild to be the best or one of the best H games out there so that requires me to improve my way of doing stuff and BE BETTER.
Before, I was just posing some characters, using modders' items and scenarios that were already made by others, and just using them. I didn't care too much about lightning, the camera, or about even the story, it was really simple to do everything.
Today that is different. As I modify textures of objects and create my own, I use proper lighting, I work a lot on the camera to give a more animey feeling, and I do lots, lots of other stuff I work on. (Sounds, expressions, effects on photoshop, etc)
And I believe that is why it might... feel... "slower". Because the quality of what I'm doing forces me to be slower, but I can't go faster; I go as fast as possible, as always
I'm aware that lots of people do not believe in me, but I don't care. I just hope that whenever I release this, people can see the clear and exponential quality differences between the 3-year-old version and the new.
And I'm extremely fine if people don't support me on Patreon; I'm not writing this for people to go and pay me. I don't care, don't do it. When I write stuff, I do it to tell people I'm still working on the game, and I want HHG to be the best H game ever. So, play it whenever it releases.

It's absolutely shameful of you to call the developer lazy or say they need to "do better", no matter when the last update was.
This is basically a free game and you are not entitled to frequent updates and content, regardless of how much you donated or for how long you've been a follower.
The developer will release updates based on their own schedule and you have no place to set expectations for the development or even implore the community to stop donations. This is their game after all, not yours.
Perhaps rather be grateful for the fact that you already got to enjoy all the updates that have come out so far.
I am simply worried about the donators. The dev for MGI just quit and promised everyone more content and never fulfilled that promise. Also, before you get mad at me for calling the dev "lazy", go look at their profile on discord. They literally describe themselves as a lazy game developer. Hint on why I said (glad you are aware of it lol), I made sure to write my comment as good as I could without attacking them. I am simply worried about everyone giving them money for more updates when it has been 3 years since the last update.
I think it's completely alright to be curious about future updates, especially after that amount of time. But I mean...you could've just asked, like "Hey, what's the current state of development" or "When do you plan for the next update to release" or something like that.
That would've been far more respectful than being demanding or judgemental about it right away, without knowing the reasons for the delay.
And about your worries for the donators: They can choose to stop donating literally anytime, it's up to them if they wanna believe in an update or not or if they maybe just donate out of appreciation for what's already there. It's not really an unjust thing for the developer to receive donations, even when there's no new updates. In the end, every donator needs to decide that for themselves.
You are 100% right, and I apologize if I came off demanding or judgmental. That was not my intention and still isn't. I just think numerous people are riding on this hope train that a new update might come out. And sure it might! But if you look at the track record, it's not great.

It's not exactly tipping anymore because tipping is there for the service you got. But yes, all donators can think for themselves and decide for themselves, but I also am free to inform new players about the track record of the game and how the dev is handling it.
It's not a black and white issue, it about is there going to be a new update, is the dev still working on it, is the money going to dev helping them with the game. So many questions and I can't help but ponder that after three years, we would have another update by now. 3 years of money coming from patrons, 1,254 patrons (As of March 2023) over 6k a month. I can't help but be skeptical and think of MGI. I can't help it. It is just what I see.

Hello @everyone! The February release seems impossible right now. This is cause to some consecutive small delays caused by IRL family health problems, nothing too serious but you know, 1 day without working, two days, three days, it starts stacking together. And just remember, if I'm not sit on my computer doing stuff, then the project is basically freeze until I continue, so IRL stuff really hurts in the expected delay. In this case I won't ask patience for another entire month, I just need some extra days"

Well, yes, but we shud consider, hes just some teenage farmboy, living in small village, suddenly dropped in fight with a demon (when he actually was very brave), and stranded to unknown land with strange people, harrased by Lady, etc. In fact, i think, hes brave and smart, just cautionus maybe. Look how he defends the girls in need, for example. Actually, this story is well written in overall.
