Well its my first msg in itch.io. First i am a youtuber from Türkiye, i posted first game's video in my channel and i was waiting for this dlc for a long time. Then i saw that there are some early accesses. Its fine, but videos started to be posted 3 days ago i guess, game still didn't release. I mean, early access can be given youtubers to let them prepare their videos to be published on release date and time of the game, there is nothing for me to cover when the game releases, everything is published by others already, which made me upset. I will not be able to create any other content about this game unfortunately. I'm unfollowing the game also. May be you reconsider this in the future. Have a nice day.
I meant, at least really few people From my country gonna know about the game because i will not be able to cover it after everyone published a full game video already.. I was the only youtuber that created a video about the game. Many other countries will face the same problem because of, this imo wrongly executed early access protocol which other games do not. I wanted to let game creator know about the issue, may be he is already aware about it.. Btw if you checked my video in my previous message, you can see that video got 241k views which seems pretty nice i guess. Wanna underline it again, i'm not against early access, but early access videos must be published as soon as the game releases.
I hate this mentality that, just because some other people published their videos first means you can't touch the topic. You can make the video just fine, and I'm sure your audience will still watch it even if you weren't the first one to the finish line.
Then they should've told them to post the video 1 or 2 days before the game release to build up more hype and curiousity. Now we're gonna be overflooded with videos with titles like "ALL BONNIE'S BAKERY SECRET FOUND!" or "ALL DLC SECRET YOU MISS IN BONNIE'S BAKERY" At that point, what's the point of playing it when the videos is out days, weeks before the game is out? what is new in the game when everyone who had early access already found and posted it?
saw all the secrets already. How come others played them early when devs took advice here as well? pretty unfair to let unknown youtubers (except bijuu mike) play the game early. Be fair

Literally an unknown small channel got the game and start posting stuff. what does a small channel like that gonna can do? can it bring hype to the game through its 10 subs? sending it to bigger youtuber would be better. Bigger audience, bigger hype.
Not even remotely being a bitch. I love supporting small channel but I'm being realistic. Which one do you think would bring in more hype, clicks and downloads? a bigger youtuber with big audience or a small channel with 10 subs? think about it.
I don'ty know what smaller YouTubers have the game, but most likely the dev doesn't give them codes because they most likely don't know who the really small YouTubers are. They just hack the game files to give themselves early access most of the time.
devs should've just told them to post the early access content one day before the game release. Releasing it early when the game doesn't have a release date yet really make people lose interest in the game. Like you got youtubers posting "ALL BONNIE'S BAKERY DLC SECRETS!" on their title. Why would anyone play it when all the dlc secret is already out a few days, weeks before the game release?.
While there are luckily no real obnoxious jumpscares (which is definitely a plus in my opinion), it is definitely at least vaguely in the realm of horror - the day segment is nice and chill, but once you get to nighttime you'll realize why the warning at the beginning of the game mentions gore and body horror.
I got to say this naturally threw me off with the escalation and was some pretty great being a calm cooking game and absolute nightmare of a killer patrolling super hard to protect their fresh product.
This game was a challenge and I couldn't even do it justice in finishing all the endings but, I had a lot of fun while playing it. What a great and uniquely horrific game!

Early access is given to big YouTubers to promote the game so more people know there is new content coming out and will play it.

Why does it matter if other people post the game before you mate?

It's not like you personally benefit from how well they promote their game. Why does it matter to you how many clicks they get?
