Ashley, our beautiful, troubled lil semi-yandere minx, has got a lil error with her anal scenes, it seems. Except for when she's in her default outfit.
See, when using any of her other outfits, that isn't the default option, the scenes at the "finish" are swapped. "Releasing inside" shows the "releasing outside" visuals(pictures and whatnot), and vice versa. The dialog is correct, but the visuals are not, and that kinda threw me off for a sec when I realized.
Overall, though. I'm enjoying the game greatly. Keep up the good work~
will it be a problem if i didnt go with the update download option and just instead place my old saves into the new downloaded game and place my old saves there?

I just finished the storys of the main chars and ... there is only one thing to say about this game:

My first thoughts were "oh... another sex game... lets see... "
But it is so much more. It has everything.
Made me laugh, sometimes so hard that I had tears in my eyes. And some other parts really made me have tears in my eyes... mostly the Ashley Story. And on other parts it made me so fucking angry about the injustice that happened to some of the charakters.
Its just awsome. I cant wait for the story to continue.
There are only two tiny things I would have made a bit different. First, its strange to see the guy in clothes with his cock going directly through the pants. Totally undressed or pants out would be better there. Second is, but thats matter of ones oppinon, I'd like to have the possibility for different answers more often.

Surprisingly good writing and character development for an adult game. Kudos for that!
Some thoughts:
1) Greater weight for decisions. For instance, if one of the tenants asks for a relief from rent, as of now it's a very simple choice to just say "Of course!" It would be more challenging if, however, there were costs associated with running the 'hotel' and someone's daily income was lost. Each resident should increase food and maintenance costs, offset naturally by their daily (or weekly) rent. That way you might be able to go without rent from a few of the girls, but as more of them start asking for a break you may be forced to make decisions about who you're willing to cut some slack for. Which of course would then cause some tension ("You aren't charging rent for x but you are for me?" etc).
2) More ways to generate income, to help off-set the above. Opening the sauna, perhaps, for day visitors, which may occasionally result in a loss of affection from one of the residents but can increase revenue. Or renting out Lin or the Android for a day of labor, after meeting the prequisite obedience, and at a risk of losing some obedience in exchange. Or renting out the spare rooms before you fill them, which would help for the early game but dry up as you gain all the currently implemented residents.
3) More friction, where you can't please both parties, or making an unwelcome decision now but which may improve things later versus a welcome decision now with potentially worse results later. For instance, you may intervene in a fight or disagreement between two people that results in one (or both) losing affection, but will later unlock an extra scene as one (or both) later reflect on what you said, admit fault, and become closer. But if you instead choose to not upset anyone, their differences won't get resolved, and that later scene will instead be replaced with them having yet another disagreement.
In a similar vein, there are numerous story points where you may say or do something that someone is clearly unhappy with, but which still results in an increase in friendship. I know this is a way of monitoring your story progress with that person, but it feels off-putting to seriously upset someone only for it to result in your friendship to increase with that person. It would make more sense for there to be decision points where you'll receive a temporary malus to your friendship or affection, but which will help that character grow in the long term. Or maybe just the term "Friendship" should be replaced by something more neutral and descriptive like "Relationship Progress"?
Either way, I'd like to see a lot more of these scenes (and the game generally) have a bigger impact on character's affection score. As is, there are very few relationships that require any kind of additional effort (e.g. going on dates, spending time with them, etc) to improve their affection scores and progress their story arcs. With more ways for affection to be reduced, it would become more important to manage your time effectively to give each person attention that you wish to progress with. As is, there is a lot of "down time" where you have nothing really to accomplish in a certain time block. If more "relationship maintenance" was needed, these down times would feel more valuable.
Anyway, good job, and looking forward to more content and story!
Harem Hotel is a linear story, so story changing decisions don't exist. And when a character doesn't pay for rent in the story, you don't get the profits.
I plan to add a farmable garden in the next update where you can choose to farm profitable crops.
Harem Hotel is a linear story, each action and sentence you see is meaningful. Adding optional branching story paths like these would detract from the larger story and the specific developments each character needs to go through.
"Friendship" was replaced by "Relationship Level" in v0.15.
Locking a character behind X number of dates and thus making the player do extra work in order to play the story is not a desirable outcome. Optional stuff should stay optional. Stats will never unlock or lock the story.
Feel free to suggest ways for affection to be reduced, I've been adding more of those in recent updates.
I keep accidentaly pressing some key or key-combinaion which puts the game into auto-skip mode, but have no idea what it is I'm pressing. Could you please for the love of satan put in a key binding page on the option?
(Ripple Decisions) - This is a huge ask as this story is meant to be linear but they're never off the table if they can be done in the right way fit for this game.
(Pregnancy) - This can only be done mechanically and logically at the end of the story. After all, Maria's reveal would have hit different if she were pregnant.
(More ways to earn income) - A farmable garden is planned to be introduced in the next update which will allow you to grow various things, some of them being money crops.
(Hotel Upgrades) - What would you like to see? Visual changes are impossible with how this game is designed.
(Hiring staff) - What kind of staff? We have Lin and Android to take care of most of the stuff, and Sylvia becomes a cook in her story line.
(Marriage) - Will most likely happen when the story suits it.
To the Hotel Upgrades, I think I've got something. In an earlier post, I've mentioned that the game needs a money sink, and I've said a server room with purchased coolant would be good, as it would help Kali. However, that would also help Android, and now that I think about it, there is a LOT of things that it could expand into.
1) It could help Kali, as designing robotics is always easier with more processing power.
2) Android could use it, because she needs a lot of computing power, explained in her story.
3) Lin could use it, it could help the Owl Clan by interfering with the long distance comms of the soldiers that try to bully them, it would be possible to remotely check on the robots defending them.
4) Lucia could use it, perhaps her story could develop towards her being good with hardware stuff, so this could become her domain.
Honestly, this is one of the best games I've played from here. The characters really surprised me. I saw Ashley and thought, "Oh boy, a yandere character. How original." God I was an idiot. I genuinely teared up a bit during a couple of her scenes. I was not expecting that.
Anyways, before this gets too long winded, just let me say thanks for developing this, and I can't wait to see what comes next.

This is actually tricky to get. When the girls come to you in the morning, you have to edge them and then send them away. This makes their urges increase, and when they can't take anymore, they basically force themselves onto you where you don't have a choice and can only watch. This will increase the Overbearing Lust.

Ive got an android version of 10.2 that didnt require joiplay to use. Just looking ti update and am wondering if there is a way to transfer my save files?
Is there a way for seeing missed events or I need to start a new game? For example I brought Kali and Lucy at the sea, Lucy suggested public sex with Kali but I couldn't do it since submission and exhibitionism were too low. Can I retry in this playthrough or I've missed it?
I've also noticed a small problem in dialogues, where sometimes Kali's sister is called Lucy and others Lucia. It's the same name in different languages, so I wonder if it's an error or not.

When I gave the first floor girls the new outfits, they only wear them (except for Lin; her's is default nude or ropes) during sex scenes. When I try to ask to wear them, I get a text that says "This content has not been developed yet." Is there a problem with my save file and I have to start over from scratch, or do I just have to wait patiently for a patch?
When it reach 9/9 an event happens, the girl shows at your door and ask for release, you can turn them down twice and if you do them an unavoidable event will take place (Link breaks stuff, Kali drugs you, Ashley ties you up(?, Android brings friends to play, etc).
Adding on to what EmiNVS said, lust is gained along side sluttiness when a character has the Mega Slut trait and is above a certain relationship level.
When Lin asked me how should she call me I was playing around and wrote random names, and apparently if you write daddy you unlock a special dialogue, are there other names with hidden features?
Really enjoying it so far i like that theres a decent story along with sex its spontanious at times but it keeps you intrested looking forward to more and to see where you take it arguably one of the best ive tried so far
I having some issue while playing harem hotel btw I recently started playing,when I upgrade the bar then ellen called me to check the bar and having some small talks with bartender and waitress the game start crash
I dont know how to fix it so i wondering anyone could help me with this stupid crash
Your error is almost the same as mine was. The issue is the faulting module ig4icd64.dll, which is the opengl driver for the Intel graphics processor. What I did was remove the old driver (mine was dated 2010) in programs and features then download and install the newest drivers for your video card. Worked for me.

If you're on PC, never move your saves around. It's not necessary.

Once story missions are complete you cannot go back to do them again unless they're in the gallery.
Lucy is a nickname of Lucia, it's what Kali calls her, like Ashley's friends call her Ash. It's not a different language.

"This content has not been developed yet." means exactly as it says, I'm not sure what the confusion is here.

Not for Lin specifically, but yes there are other easter eggs.

Your error is almost the same as mine was. The issue is the faulting module ig4icd64.dll, which is the opengl driver for the Intel graphics processor. What I did was remove the old driver (mine was dated 2010) in programs and features then download and install the newest drivers for your video card. Worked for me.
