Quite nice, I think it's a bit too easy though and my team mates start doing nothing when there are a few balls around. They just end up being a lives counter. Solid mechanics, clean art, clean sound. I would enjoy it more if it were faster and more challenging

This is a great game. I love the arcade style of this, and the simple(ish) controls. 9/10

I saw this on Godot reddit and I checked it out.  I really like this game no I absolutely love it and its one of my favorites too but the controls took me time to master but its still good.  I sure hope I'll make a game of that simple but fun some day.

this is a cute little concept, it took me a while to understand how to properly aim and get distance right, once I've figure that out I started getting much better. Love how it looks exactly like an old CRT monitor.

I agree, it will take some time to master the controls but if you get it right it feels like a big achievement

In cahoots with Megaguy32 :P

The game itself is pretty addicting and relatively easy to pick up. I feel like the aiming mechanic when throwing is a bit of a steep learning curve as well the ability to only aim once you're facing forward.

However, the simplicity of the game is a refreshing reference to days of going to the arcade. I feel like it is missing something though in terms of no sounds beside the sound effects. Perhaps the addition of an arcade-like BGM could work well with it. Great work though!

This game was very enjoyable, I found using the arrow keys to aim and dodge quite comfortable once you got used to it. Once you get used to the mechanics, the game get a bit simple. So it would be nice to have some more complexity when it comes to matches. The game can also be quite easy if you get lucky with your teams AI. Still, the game is fun :)

I really enjoyed this. The practice mode was a nice idea as a tutorial and helping the player get to grips with the controls. When I finally caught my 1st ball it felt like such an achievement. The art is lovely. love the hairstyles. This would be great to play with a twin stick joypad. Over powering the shot was common, but got easier with practice. The audio was decent, but an oppertunity was missed in having cheezy commentating. And lastly...if you can dodge a car...you can dodge a ball!!

Phenomenal! This is so much fun. The AI is probably my favourite element. It's so flipping cheeky and knows just when I'm winding up to throw.

The animations are really fun, gameplay is great and it's genuinely exciting. I got down to a 1v1... and still lost. I'll keep practising and will come out the bodge dalliest of them all!

Agreed, over time adding in multiplayer would be such a win.

Oh, this one is simply epic!

This is really cool for something that was made in 48 hours. It feels like something I'd find on a 100-in-1 NES cartridge along with Track and Field but a lot more polished. Everything about this gives me that nostalgia. From the warped edges giving it that CRT feel, to the squishy sounds your players make when they move.

I would however just mention in your practice section that the throw mechanic requires you to hold the button for the throw and to increase the distance. That took me a while to figure out but your instructions are a lot more than they would have given on a NES game.

Overall had fun trying to get my first win (Which I did, after about 6 games) and would love to see a 2 player local play version of this.

Thanks for your comment Zayd, I will add a tip to the instructions!
