Notarized installer available on macOS

Hi!

A properly signed and notarized installer is now available for macOS. Hopefully this will make the install/update process straightforward for mac users.

Please note that this does not have any new features or fixes: if you already have the plugin up and running on your system there is no reason for you to download this.
