v0.5 released

It's been a while since I released a new version of Jurl: SNES Edition, so here we are.  What changes do we have?

• The game can now be completed
• A few people have asked for a bonus mechanic on various versions of Jurl, and this makes sense - the PC Edition has a similar timed mechanic for speed running, so because SNES-Testberichte asked recently I decided i'd make this my test platform.
