Monthly Bundles Access

Hello everyone, it's great to greet you after many days without news. 

I was away for a few days due to personal reasons, which is why there was a lack of new content during April.

I want to take this opportunity to thank all the users who, with their help, allow me to continue bringing content today!

I wanted to mention something that we detected thanks to some users, which is that Itchio is not giving access to content released in the future for monthly Bundles. (Meaning if you bought the bundle on the 10th and I release a plugin on the 15th, that plugin should already be inside the monthly Bundle, but Itchio is not registering it).

That's why I had to take action to find a solution to this.

That's why now, the monthly bundles will appear as if they were a new project. 

By doing this, I will have access to manually update the content when necessary.
(It's more work, but what can I do?, if Itchio doesn't work well, I must find some solution)

With this method, I am aware that you will not have access to the individual plugin pages, as you would with the direct purchase of the bundle, so that really upsets me, but I didn't find a more effective way for you to have proper access to the plugins.

QUESTION:

But... If Undermax updates a plugin in the future, won't I have access to download the latest version of the plugin from the main page of that plugin?

ANSWER:

Yes, I know. That's why when an old plugin is updated, the monthly bundle will also be manually updated, and you will be able to download the monthly bundle with the previous plugins updated to the latest version.

Additionally, you can always contact us and, if necessary, the plugins you should have access to will be manually sent to you privately, updated.

Unfortunately, Itchio does not have a user group management feature, so it is not possible to manage access to each of the plugins for each particular user.


QUESTION:

I experienced a similar situation in a past bundle, what should I do?

ANSWER:

Please, contact Undermax privately on the support page to give you access to the corresponding plugins that you have not received in the affected bundle.
