Finally at the point of creating new classes for our class based shooter. This week I started working on our close combat class and the idea for this one is to have a more shot gun like projectile and be more effective in short range than most other classes. I was trying to think of how to make this more interesting than simply a shotgun like projectile but unfortunately none of the other ideas I could think of worked out well.
So for now this class's primary fire will behave like a shotgun, firing multiple smaller projectiles in a spread with each shot. On top of that it will have higher movement speed, and a slide, roll ability that will "reload" and nock a new arrow for you. Most of these things are still in progress and not working yet but they should be soon.
