A very interesting project. Have you ever read the visual novel "Saya No Uta"? There, the main character sees the world in a similar way.
I thought about the plot of your game. The first thought that I had for me was that the girl at the beginning of the game infected the protagonist and the following days is the sensations of a sick person during high temperature. White people are microbes (perhaps covid?). The main character fights the disease. But what symbolizes the pit? The hero tries to dig a tunnel to escape from the disease? Or does he want to bury himself from the outside world? Maybe the allusion is not on the disease, but rather on the fear (or hatred) of society and how such a person sees the world. Perhaps white people are guys from the party? Satire for rotten society and noisy companies. Perhaps I dig too deep in search of meaning, but it is very interesting to know what the author put in the plot when creating. But probably this is a secret.
watched a playthrough of this :] incredible atmosphere, and everything fits together so cool visually. these were the best animations i have ever seen as well. really cool experience
This game was CRAZY! I had someone look up what barbotine meant and it helped me understand the imagery a lot better, but this is a SUPER INTERESTING concept. Great Job!!
An interesting little horror game with unsettling visuals! I was less keen on the combat mechanics, though that may just be me being crap. Nonetheless, decent stuff overall!
I was expecting body horror and I got MUCH MORE. From the combat to the aesthetics and just the visuals in general, amazing. One of the most unique games on Itch for sure. I'm very surprised this was free. I would gladly pay for more in this style. Amazing job !

This was a fun combat horror game! The sound design is very good. I didn't need to add any extra eerie background music or anything which I usually do for some of my videos.
The combat was difficult but I loved the challenge. It was good that you added easy mode for anyone who had a difficult time! Fighting the enemies on the stairs was very hard but you could use the tv to move behind them.
I love the PSX style and the enemy design! Thanks for the fun game!
Sup guys the game was fun. Loved the tentacles and all the wackiness. Also, loved that as the days progressed you were more a monster. The fighting was challenging but still fun. Great job devs you guys know how to throw parties.
i admire your requiem to the point of creating a short little display in my channel and i must say that the more i dug deep into the pits of this hell i found myself in the mist of the garden heads............

unusual art and story. i loved that the game explained itself in the story and has a tutorial even ,fun to play.!!
