A bit weird to be honest. I was definitely into the eeriness and I fully understand that this was your first project, which is why I won't criticize it that much.
The atmosphere was truly creepy, the neighbor and the tall shadowy figure was neat. Overall, the game had a good design. I would only suggest adding subtitles or any indication for the words, because I was unable to hear the conversation that well.
