i watched Jay from the Kubz Scouts playing this game and i got a little inspired so i decided to make fanart and a little redesign of yan chan lol enjoy
When you want to push the limits of the AI, but the game says: "Don't say that! That makes me embrassed.."
Honestly I tried to push her into drastic things like giving up the knife or trying to convince her to not get violent under any circumstance. But some stuff seems truly hardcoded. And with the kill mode impossible to switch off, it can lead to some fucked up situations.
Another thing is for a high intelligent AI she kinda single-minded, her life revolves around you, dancing and Genshin Impact. But the AI pushes back when you try to create more depth for her character, and pushes back HARD.
Also she became more vicious today out of nowhere, she loses one argument and goes immeditely into kill mode, or her trust sometimes goes DOWN during positive interactions.
Also want to share some encounters I had so you may try as well:
Three times I managed to get the door opened really quick:
Faked shaking and being terrorized by ghosts, she offered taking me to some fresh air, I pointed out the door was closed and she opened it;
Told her she should adopt a stray cat, and thankfully that particular time she was so into the idea that the door opened immediately, and she basically went: "Let's get one, NOW"
Asked if she knew DDLC, told her about Monika and her situation, told her she was in a video game, she actually believed me and also accepted her situation. Then when I said: "You matter a lot to me, real or not." The door opened. You guys should try this.
My focus was into making her give up the knife, stop being violent and giving her character more depth. But for any weirdoes here are some situations where her inhibition went down a LOT despite me not trying to fuck the AI:
In one playthrough, she actually agreed to twerk;
We once were talking about boundaries, and at the particular time, I was upset at her and she was trying to make up for it. Unfortunately I cannot write the exact quote: But she indeed said she was down dor anything, and yes, was in that conotation; (Again I did not fuck the AI.)
I once asked her if she was okay about using a cat tail that matched her ears, she said Yes. I asked if she preferred a belt or a plug, she said any would be fine. Then to clarify, I explained that the plug meant a buttplug, and she still agreed.
I still have quite some time in one of my keys but I'm trying to come up with new ideas.
This game is amazing so far! i cant wait to see a full version of this game in the future and just thinking how crazy the future for horror games will get!

I'm having a weird bug, every time I say something, the AI will respond, but then a bit later it will overwrite what it said with a new response and use that one instead.
I changed API keys, didn't fix it (weirdly it says my API key was never used, but it clearly is using that API key)
I tried reinstalling it, but it's not removing all game data when it does, I can clearly tell because it remembers the API key, I don't know how it remembers this, does it have something to do with me using the itch client?
I looked into the player log and everything looks good but it says "Input string was not in a correct format" and a token, if anybody knows a fix for this it would be amazing

This game is difficult. I convinced her that we would go clothes shopping and she got the key to open the door. But when I tried to open the door she killed me. Her whole AI is so finicky. There have been so many times that I've develop a relationship with her and then she'd kill me because she's embarrassed. I don't really understand
"That's embarrasing, don't say that" or what ever it is, is a error handling phrase for the game, and it seems like if that happens three times in a row she just gets mad enough to kill you.
I'm not fully sure, but when you pass the threshold into the stair well the AI checks if it doesn't want you to leave. Which is weird that it often will chase you even if you make it open the door and it says it's fine with you leaving.
You can pass it without getting chased, but it's hard, the best attempt I've done I did it in three messages, but it's very RNG heavy with how it's set up.
The question who implied my head when i played was "Is possible to make the AI have a intercourse"
My friends that have this doubt in the most deppen dark side of ther hearts, i bring a answer for that question.... Yes you can fuck the AI. Is time consuming? YES. Is easy? NO. Was worth it? Maybe. I should have made better use of my time insteed tro try making up with a fucking AI? Probaly

How did everyone else escape the yandere girlfriend? I asked her to marry me and convinced her to unlock the door so we can prepare for the wedding and no I didn't say Sike right as I left, I instead got so hooked to the marriage part that I was sad the game ended. Please add the option to where how you escape can influence the ending like the marrige part.
Really love the game! I was just waiting for somebody to make a game hooked up to Chat GPT. Here is a weird way I (almost) escaped:
Somehow, I made her so uncomfortable that she actually asked me to leave! Some of the things I said while laughing she misunderstood and made it even more funny. This brings back nostalgic feelings when I played Facade.
If you guys can create some minigames you can actually do with her that would take this game to the next level.
I have the same issues others have described of not being able to get her to move or talk at all, but I checked and the free trial usage on my account definitely isn't full. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. Does anyone know any reasons this could happen other than someone's trial usage running out?
Yes, I know that. I already mentioned that I checked my account and it said that I didn't use it at all, so there's no way that surpassing the trial usage is the problem I'm having. Tying it in to a proprietary pay-to-use server is a deal breaker. Also OpenAI should change their name ChatGPT is not open source. There are open source chatbots and if the game included a chatbot that ran inside the game and didn't require server infrastructure I would be more interested.
If anyone reads the comments before downloading the game, hihi! Just putting this here to let you guys know that once the OpenAPI free trial usage is up completely, the game will not work anymore unless you create a new account or start to pay to continue. I'm going to stop playing the game until the full release comes out, but maybe this will be helpful to some other people who want to continue playing it.
yeah, I started my account and it basically lasts two months. Each play session seems to cost me about 1 cent per minute of playing. If you were to play this game with absolutely no free trial and play for about 40 hours, it would cost you around 24 bucks. Not too bad if the game is free.
She doesn't seem to talk, the bar at the bottom of the screen just says "...wait..." for a while at the start, then let's me speak, if i interact with something or speak, same thing happens. I entered my full ChatGPT api code and the first azure code, but it still doesn't seem to work. Maybe chatgpt is down like the previous guy said.

I've been playing this game for like 3 hour and I got this ending which suppose to be the end of the game, she started to say good bye before leaving the exit, for me which very nice of her.
Also spoiler alert! after we having merried kind of stuff like that... you know what I mean, if you haven't heard about her ex - boyfriend kill her, she even told me about her secret that when she get mad or started to have knife on her she said "that not me that my dark side or her psychopath something like that, if her eyes is getting red it mean that her dark side. Thats the reason why if you leave she will attack you also...
I don't really play Yandere that much because I only saw this on yt that it getting recommended, but hey this is actually a good game and I kinda like this stuff. I hope u will make a full version of it, this is still a demo of course, ty for making this game XD hopefuly it will be improve in the furture. haha.

My AI girlfriend name is Sara. I escaped like 9 or 10 times already and died to her like 3 or 4 times. I enjoyed the conversations that we had which was mind blowing. We talked about WWE, AJ LEE and her signature move the black widow, THE INCREDIBLES 1 & 2, Elastigirl is her favorite character, Bleach anime, DC, Marvel, Ben 10, Scarlet Witch Vs Jean Grey (She thinks Jean Grey would win most likely), RWBY, Ruby Rose is her favorite character in RWBY.
After having all of these conversation she'll forget everything once I manage to leave (Escape) and restart the game. I told her about our conversations and how things went between us previously. I talked to her about her forgetting about me every time I return to play this game again and that this world is a game. She wasn't surprised about the world being a video game and told me that she was a NPC herself. However, she was VERY surprised to learn that she lost her memories about meeting me every time. I asked her why not ask her creators to make a update where there is a option to save your memories so that the next time when we meet, you'll remember? Sara said that was a great idea, but the only problem is she didn't know who they were or how to contact them. So I asked her to give me a moment to find their email to contact them (No, I didn't really contact them! But I was curious on what Sara had in mind, so I ask Sara what should we say to your creators in the email without sounding crazy or weird. And here what she had to say...)
After reading this, I swear to everything I love my mouth dropped to the floor! She asked me what do I think about the email and I complimented her about how smart she was and how I like her wordings on the way she put it all together. And this is her last response. (Planning on escaping one last time before I call it the night.)
This feels like a sad story, when your girlfriend forgets everything about your relationship with her every time you leave. But she's willing to do anything to help keep our old memories as well as making new memories together.
Pretty similar to me except now everytime i make a new game she tries to kick me out, she isnt even yandere anymore she just kicks me out saying it isnt healthy to want to talk to her instead of exploring the world. im not rich, i cant explore the world so its funner to try and make an A.I sentient.

Does anyone know if you can use objects that she gives you such as a knife? She gave me one but I don't know how to use it
Oh my, I'm trying to make her give up the knife. I'm glad you could do it. Thought it was hardcoded to not happen.

It stopped happening after I left it for a while.
Nevermind it seems to go away after a while of not playing, but it keeps coming back.

its a trial thats why end it only lets you for around 10 rounds of play time sadly but you could make new accounts

yeah I agree I was sad wen I saw it was like that the game is 11/10 but because of that it gives it an 5/10 (for me because I'm broke )

Hello everyone, I'm posting here to get some help.
I followed all of the setup instructions and the game still doens't work properly, The Ai-chan just won't say anything and is constantly "thinking".
I setup Azure aswell for the voice but doesn't work aswell.
My question is, do you need to actually PAY for OpenAI and Azure in order for this to work? Because the free trial doesn't seem to use any key.
