Just finished the current version, and holy shit this has been an absolute blast! I already made a review singing its praises but I meant every word and I mean exactly what I said 10 fold.
Just hit the ending for this update. WTF??? Not the ending itself but just before that. I mean not against it but haven't to many vns do "that" to often.
I thought that they would be the funny and joyous mascot, I thought that they would bring laughter for many journeys. Their untimely death brought me great sorrow... And yet i can't help but ask this: would you please bring my green fellow back? Please, i need blub back...

the way the image up there makes it seem like the protagonist side at the end isnt defined even tho it seems the idea is to getting the adventurers killed....even tho i dont wanna... idk i havent seen all the story avalaible yet xD but idk i like the racoon girl
I was told that it might be a permissions issue. With that, you'll have to fix the permissions on your end for your Mac. There should be guides to do that out in the web as it's apparently a common issue. Unfortunately past that, I am unsure what else it could be or how to fix said permissions... sorry :(

I think it'd be suuper nice to have translations for what characters are saying in another language as smaller text underneath the word. That whole bit with Celeste then later again with Koko having no idea what was being said was meh. If you want to follow along with the conversation and possible story of characters you gotta tab out and open a translator for each and every message til they start speaking in the language you're playing in again. That's if you can tell what the language is or if what you're using to translate can tell! With the conversation with Koko I hadn't a clue and I guess neither did Google because it was saying Chinese simplified one moment, Albanian another.
Not too sure, as I know that the android ports are a pain and tend to have some weird issues :V I would suggest using Joiplay if you really want it on android.
it was opening the loading screen after the loading finished it shutdown the game. But after a few updates it looks like it got fixed. I'm excited to see how the story goes. (Sorry for the very late reply been very busy)
I'll be completely honest, I'm a little sad there isn't more yet. I know this stuff takes a long time, but it really sucks when a game has such a great story, but isn't that long.
All that to say that I can't wait to see where this goes!
I'd consider it the opposite! A great story with not a lot put into it *yet* is incredibly EXCITING! You'll be able to see it, update by update, grow into something even bigger and grander! :V

As I'm writing this I think I'm still in the intro, I just got to the first choice. So far two characters referred gods above, or something to that affect. I'm wondering if there is a lore/tone reason they didn't say gods below. If it's tone, I think what is written adds to a playful/goofy tone. If it's lore, I'd rather not be spoiled.

In all seriousness, love the game so far. It's got Overlord vibes (Looking at you Lord Z), humor, and so far the characters and story seem pretty good. I especially like the game's (pretty much two) protagonists. Wes and Pah. As well as that gold knight.
Quick question, so currently there's a few animations later in the game (as I've read in the comments), are you planning on updating all the scenes to be animated at some point or only have the new ones be animated? The story and characters are already enough to keep me entertained and the scenes are already good enough without being animated to the point where I could simply live without animations if you decide not to do them.
Anyways, pretty good stuff so far. Looking forwards to any future updates you put out.

It's nice to see that you have a LOT of support from a LOT of cool people too. Don't be afraid to ask for help from them, especially if you're new to this (I know I'd be asking for help if I recently started developing games, or maybe I wouldn't because I can be fairly shy sometimes) But so far, you've been doing great so keep going! *insert thumbs up here*

Try chat gpt's api. You can use it as a function with google sheets to give you decent enough translations. Chat gpt is way better than google translate

From what little of it I've played (pretty good so far btw), I've come to understand that Vanhi is a manipulative bitch who especially enjoys manipulating and deceiving Pah. So I'd say yes, she is supposed to say that. Then immediately like 5 lines later, your choice actually comes in to play.
I only downloaded it because of this fascinating sounding error.
Some tracing later I found the cause: the error's gone when game/images/logo.png has a lower resolution, it works with 1920x1148, down from the 2500xsomething in the game archive.
that was fun to debug. let's see if the game is any good, too :)

I enjoy a lot of the characters personalities and what they bring to the table, not a fan of lesbianism honestly because it feels like cucking, but man seeing pah cry got me in the feels and i hope kendra gets more romantic with Wes in the future! So far enjoying most of it and i'm interested to see the future, (with hopefully a marriage/pregnancy in the late future if that fits) also callie being a single mom is done really well, probably the best ive seen from a game story point.
Did the skeleton man just say he needs to ponder some orbs? ok i'm already in it and not for the porn, you can make a genuine game here my guy, heck id play it even if it didnt have porn it's has a fun narrative, bright future for you if you decide to get out of porn one day!
Not *planned*, but I've been thinking about it. I've been juggling it around and we may see something in the future :V Just wanna make sure it's gonna work for the story if I do decide on it : )

Tried and tried again in v2 and v3 and still unable to run the game.
When I try to run it on my Linux Mint machine, Ren'Py will flash in and out and when I run it through the terminal, I get this error:
X Error of failed request: BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib length error)

Serial number of failed request: 242
Current serial number in output stream: 242
