Depends on which level you are stuck on. Hard to tell from your description, but assuming it is from L2 to L3. For that, you need to have bought the paddle and the ointment. Update: I went back to my old saves and replayed that portion. This time I was able to get the scene, yet miss potts shows "Will come soon in nxet update" even though I am using the latest verison
