I'd suggest 0.35.1, but I would apply patch 0.35.11 to either, so it shouldn't matter. I left both because I manually linked 0.35 somewhere, and I couldn't remember where, so I didn't want to delete it lol, but there's no reason to use it over 0.35.1
Hey, I have barely touched the game but I´m already liking it, although I have a problem, I´m playing on windows and the save function just doesn´t work at all, every time I open the game, it only let me start a new game
For your save issue, is it that you are unable to save while in-game, or that when you try and load said saves, the game doesn't register them? From your report, I'm getting the feeling you are able to save, but not to load, so then my first question would be, can you load from a save if you don't close the game beforehand? And after saving, if you go into the game folder, and go into the "www" folder within that, is there a folder named "save" within? Regardless of whether you can save and not load or can't save at all, it is most likely a permissions issues, which I don't see often on Windows. One quick way to try and fix that would be to run the game as administrator. Another potential issue is that the filepath is too long to read the save files. In that case, try moving the game to your desktop and running it, and seeing if that helps. If neither of those solutions work, there are other potential solutions, but knowing the answers to my questions above will help me try and figure out what will be most likely to work, thanks.
That is very odd. You're not running the web version, are you? You downloaded the "windows" version? I don't know how you would be able to load from a save file without the game making a save folder to put said files. Did you check for the folder after saving and closing the game, or after saving while the game is still open? I'm wondering if the save folder is created and then deleted for some reason. And I assume you tried the two possible solutions I mentioned to no avail? Just want to double check that those didn't work.
That bug should be fixed if you install the latest patch for version 0.35, which would be patch 0.35.11. Let me know if after installing that you still encounter the error. Glad you're enjoying the game otherwise!
oh man , i played for 7 hours straight and i am absolutely in love with game. But now i think i smashed the buttons to fast or something and it's stuck, no movement or anything, no option to save either. what do i do ? i was trying to go down, it game me a option to see an optional seen, i clicked go back, and it had been unresponsive ever since. is there anyway to save my progress?
The save files were deleted after exiting the game? Or did you not save until that point? I'll go check on the error you reported, but it's most likely a movement path that couldn't be completed. For some reason, the default option isn't to skip movement when it's blocked, so instead it just soft locks the game. I always turn the skip movement option on, but this one must have slipped by. If it makes you feel any better, there probably wouldn't have been a way to save in that state. No idea why RPG Maker codes it that way to be honest. Glad you were enjoying the game though.
Edit: Found the bug, should be fixed with patch 0.35.11 now. Sorry about that again.
ah no real worries, kinda really enjoyed the dungeons so i am not so bummed out doing them again. tho, can you help me "increase stats" rn, cuz , first i went through every one of the rooms (which was btw, an amazing experience) but right now redoing i don't feel i wanna do it again. can i get myself the same stat boosts using some cheats so something. Amazing plot tho, was hard the entire 7 hours, fapped 3 times and wasn't bored in the least. tho the lack of artwork is a bit annoying. I do love the plot, the dialogues, the entire rp but most of the times it's just a black screen and a bunch of text, giving a bit too much to imagine. A simple image about the situation would be amazing. Thanks for creating such a wonderful game.
You should have "difficulty up/down" items in your key items after you reach the first dungeon. Those would let you boost your stats to go through the dungeons more easily. (You get more for each dungeon, so you can increase them more and more over time.) And when you reach the point you were at previously you'll also have the option to undo the stat boosts and go back to how strong you would normally be for that level. I too wish there was more art. When I was first making the game it was entirely text-based, and finding artists that would consistently do commissions for me without quitting has been quite the challenge. Thankfully right now I have two artists that do commissions on a regular basis, so there is almost always new art each month. Thanks for all the kind words about the game!
I don't think so. You need to move the contents of the patch into the "www" folder of the game. If you do it right, it should ask you to overwrite some files/merge some folders.
I just got to the statue and was told about purity/depravity skills. I see fire, ice, lightning skills in the skill tree, but where are the depravity, purity skills? also, where can I lower my depravity?
There should be a "Pure and Depraved Skill Tree" item in your key items, or you can press the L key as a hotkey to open it. Moving between the two menus would kind of mess with how they work with saving your location before and after opening them. The main method of lowering depravity comes from the Church, which you can access after encountering the statue in the second dungeon.
There is a debug option to disable the traps in the second dungeon if you are having performance issues. There are a lot of events there, so I wouldn't be surprised it they caused things to slow down a bit when playing on a phone.
I am having trouble with the Mac version - I just continually get a "The application 'Game' cannot be opened." error message. The game is in the Applications folder. What do you mean by download from itch.io directly? The only link I see downloads from Mega.
I'm a bit confused on the down loads. I use windows and seeing all the various patches. If I down load the lastest version but down got any saved data can't I download the lastest patch. Which looking at it is 34.12?

Yes you only need the latest patch when downloading the game. However, I just updated the game to 0.35, so I would get that and then apply patch 0.35.9. Normally it doesn't matter if you use older saves, but I added a plugin for version 0.35 that causes issues when using older saves, so specifically for that you would need to apply the old save compatibility patch as well. (The order doesn't matter.)
Yeah most games don't have a bunch of patches like I do, but it makes it much easier to fix small bugs and not require people to re-download the entire game. (Or require me to re-upload it, lol.)
This is version 0.35, yes? You'll need to apply the patch titled "(UPDATED) Old Save Compatibility Patch" in the mega folder and apply that to your game. You'll also want to enable the "Dungeon 5 Compatibility Patch" from the debug item after doing so. A plugin that was added in version 0.35 made old saves compatible, so I had to edit the code of the plugin and add it back in to fix that.
You might be able to play the game using something called JOIPlay and downloading the web version of the game. It's an android map made to play RPG Maker games, but I haven't tested the game with it, and users have reported varying degrees of success playing with that. I plan to look into a proper android port of the game, but I can't make any promises. There are a lot of plugins for the game and I don't know if they will work on mobile or not.
Either? I just google joiplay and it comes up on the google store so I'd probably try that first. I've never used it personally, just been told by others that you can play the game that way.

Essentially, yes. Obviously don't agree to suck the barkeeps dick for a room, and you'd also need to avoid losing to any male enemies. Additionally, you'll probably want to just go through the alleyways once, as there's quite a bit of m/m content there. If you do end up losing to a male enemy or somehow end up in a scene with men, it's kind of silly, but you can just hold down ctrl to very quickly skip through it all.
Is that through the desktop app? You should try download from the website instead. The download links to a mega folder with a number of different versions based on your operating system, so you probably don't want to download the whole thing anyways.
When you say it doesn't seem to be a permissions issue, does that mean you tried the two permissions-based solutions and they didn't work? I've tried both of those, and neither seem to work. It might be just how old my computer is as well, as I've been needing to upgrade for a while now (I'm on High Sierra).
That could be the case. I haven't been able to find much for other possible solutions online. You could get the web version and run it through your browser. It has issues with the character creator and you'll need to apply the "web version only required patch" (after applying patch 0.34.11), but it should at least be playable. It is in the download folder with the rest of the game version. "CiC Version 0.34.2 Web". You might need the Web version only required patch as well, if the game won't start.
The web version is effectively an android version, as that's what RPG Maker MV gives you when you deploy a game as android. However, the game isn't tested on android, and so plugin compatibility can vary between devices. You can try and see how well the game works on your android device through JOIPlay.
It is some sort of application you can download. I've never used it myself, but I've heard many people say that is how they play RPG Maker games on android.

I wanted to ask, will there ever be an option in-game to fully transition to being female? I love this game because I get to vicariously transition without being degraded by the game itself, and being able to become a girl fully would be incredible. Thank you!!
The fourth dungeon in the game features a full transformation to female, but otherwise the player keeps their penis throughout the game. Having the possibility of being female in scenes just adds too much extra work to each scene, as every mention of the players penis would need an alternate version.

So there's no option to visit the "Ruins Dungeon" in the outside teleporter? The only requirement for that to appear should be accepting it, and it worked for me just now. Also, the quest log is quite outdated, largely because the quests became very straightforward, so it won't show up there regardless. Let me know if you still have issues, I might need to take a look at your save folder.
Simply unzip the latest patch version after downloading, and copy and paste the data folder inside of the www folder of the base game. The filepath for the base game would look something like this "CiC 0.33 Windows\www". If you did it correctly, it should ask to replace some files with the same names.
It looks like I somehow completely forgot to add in any of the stat changes for that event, which is almost impressive in how stupid it is. Anyways, I've fixed it now, and you should be able to get the stats with your current save by using the "Fix D2 Corruption Not Working" option with the debug key item, after downloading the latest patch. It's mentioned when I interact with the boys in the alleyway one last time. I am currently stuck on the chastity cage event. I talked to daddy, the girl in the alleyway, and the boys in the alleyway
There's also only being able to buy clothes if I wear all the cursed items, which is annoying, I wish there was a way to remove that curse.
I added the walkthrough to the download folder. Forgot to update it for version 0.32, sorry about that. Off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure you need to leave the alleyway and see the scene with the barkeep.
Also, the thing with the cursed outfit was partially bugged. You should be able to buy stuff by taking the outfit off entirely as well. The latest patch should fix that, thanks for letting me know.

It's great that you fixed that, I didn't know it was a bug. When I recover my main, I'll let you know of the spelling mistakes, bugs, and such I found edit: the patch didn't fix it, maybe because of my save file [I did copy and paste the folders inside the patch inside the www folder]
I've added another patch you can try. Patch 0.32.18. It adds a debug option at the very bottom of the debugger item, which might fix the issue. If that doesn't work, I'd probably have to view your save folder to try and figure out the problem. I don't think there's a way to dm on itch, so you could message me on patreon or TfGamesSite instead if you wanted to do that. Also just thought of this, don't forget that the two-inch black heels are part of the outfit, and will cause the curse to activate.
Hey! I been having some trouble with version 0.31, everytime i wear the tomboy outfit it causes an error. And some outfits dont have sprites, why is that so? I saw earlier that this version shouldnt have those problems

Otherwise just make sure that when you are applying the patch it asks if you want to replace files with the same names in the destination folder when copying the patch over. If neither of those work let me know and I'll take a look at it again.
I just realized from another comment that the patch wouldn't automatically fix the pants if they were already in your inventory, so patch 0.32.12 was added so they should fix themselves if you travel to Elmgar with them in your inventory. Or if they are added and removed from leaving the third dungeon, that should also fix them.

I'm getting this as well when trying to run the web version. I think it has something to do with the addition of expressions and using the custom paperdoll images for the players face. I'll look into this and see if I can fix it, but it might take me a little white to figure out. Thanks for letting me know about it.
I figured it out! I added a plugin in version 0.27 (which was when this bug started happening) that showed expressions with the character creator, and that caused the web version to crash due to it being incompatible with the web version. I added a special patch to fix this with the newly release version 0.32 of the game, so if you apply that patch (Patch 0.32.13 WEB VERSION ONLY), it should disable the plugin causing the issue. From now on I'll release the web version with it disabled by default. Thanks for reporting the bug!
Okay, can you give me an example of a scene that you have artwork for in the files, that did not show artwork? I tested a few scenes at random and they all worked, so I need to know specifically what is having issues.
I somehow tried to have the game put a non-existant sprite on the player for the bottoms of the tomboy outfit, which bugged the game. Patch 0.31.10 should fix that. Thanks for reporting the issue.
Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but the gothic lolita outfit seems to be bugged. When I equip it, it looks like I'm not wearing anything besides underwear.
Ah, some of the sprites were missing for some of the outfits, so it would just show the player in their underwear. Version 0.31 was just released, and if you download the latest patch for it the game will have sprites for most of the clothes now.
Maybe. It seems to vary by device how well it functions on joiplay. It isn't designed or tested for it by myself, but some have commented saying it functions well enough. I believe you would download the web version for that.
There's no plan for a dedicated android version, but the web version may run through JOIplay. It's not tested on that, largely because the amount of bugs seems to vary by device, likely due to the many plugins for the game, so I would have to remove features to get it to work 100% on android devices. Some players say it works fine on there, some say it's unplayable. You'd have to try it out and see how well it works for you.

Moved to Game.app to applications folder, it already had read and write perms. Still the same issue :( I also tried "chmod +x Game.app/contents/MacOS/nwjs" but that didn't help either
I'm not seeing much else for this issue, is there anything else to the error message that it gives you other than "Game.App can't be opened"? And do you know what version of Mac you are running? The only other thing I've seen is to go into your "System Preferences > Security & Privacy" settings and in the "General" tab, there's an option you can select to allow apps downloaded from anywhere to open. That might not be the best solution as it makes your computer more vulnerable to other programs, but it's worth a shot I suppose.
i really like the game, (next part MAYBY has SPOILERS idk) i found a problem that after the river dungeon after 4th purple book it got bugged and the npc's all around the game keep saying stuff about the clitty or little dick. (the sorcerers that ambush or librarian) i trid goin all the way up on size and all the way down and back to average, but it still says that i have an small dick, maybe is on porpose but it did seem weird that even with the biggest size the sister is saying litte dick even after i turn it back into the average size, also after using the thunder spell on the boss of the ruins dungeon the rain animation get stuck is not leaving even after closing and opening the game.
it do look nice around the city but is raining everywhere even when is only text in screen, its somewhat deep to see the sissy scenes when is raining idk it fell more like the character dont even care anymore about the rain he just whan the d, like full on addict/junky, also the last scene on text of the story line also become somewhat deep when he is about the enter and you only see the black screen and the rain animation, like full on movie, i actually really like the bug so i didnt did a replay of the game to remove the bug, the only annoying think is that inside the bar or any building im seing the animation, it will be amasing to have some rainy days on the game and maybe some rain exclusive content inside the church or bar or some thing like that i mean some wet nuns sound nice (actually wet form rain..... well maybe not only rain?) while writing this i was just fucking around on the game (literally and figuratively) and when i did go to the first dungeon it fix the rain bug now im sad, but well the game wasn't made to we played with rain so i cant be mad that the game fix itself lol, still amasing gameEdit: slow brain alway see some words missing after sending the msg so i added them ups lol
One thing to check with that penis size bug is how big the game says your penis is when you press P or use the “check appearance” item. If that also says you have a clitty, then the variable itself is bugged. Otherwise, it’s those specific encounters. The fact that you were able to grow it back to normal at Beatrice’s shop makes me think it’s probably an issue with those encounters. Thanks for letting me know about the rain bug, I’ll add a debug option in version 0.31 to fix that. It would be a good idea to add rain sometimes as well. Glad you enjoyed the game! Thanks.

That is one of the gloryhole images for the second dungeon. After interacting with the Imp named Stacy and working in the gloryhole for her, you can go inside it again which will show scenes for oral and anal with several random characters.

You might be able to play the game using something called JOIPlay and downloading the web version of the game. It's an android map made to play RPG Maker games, but I haven't tested the game with it, and users have reported varying degrees of success playing with that. I plan to look into a proper android port of the game, but I can't make any promises. There are a lot of plugins for the game and I don't know if they will work on mobile or not.

Essentially, yes. Obviously don't agree to suck the barkeeps dick for a room, and you'd also need to avoid losing to any male enemies. Additionally, you'll probably want to just go through the alleyways once, as there's quite a bit of m/m content there. If you do end up losing to a male enemy or somehow end up in a scene with men, it's kind of silly, but you can just hold down ctrl to very quickly skip through it all.

Is that through the desktop app? You should try download from the website instead. The download links to a mega folder with a number of different versions based on your operating system, so you probably don't want to download the whole thing anyways.

When you say it doesn't seem to be a permissions issue, does that mean you tried the two permissions-based solutions and they didn't work? I've tried both of those, and neither seem to work. It might be just how old my computer is as well, as I've been needing to upgrade for a while now (I'm on High Sierra).
That could be the case. I haven't been able to find much for other possible solutions online. You could get the web version and run it through your browser. It has issues with the character creator and you'll need to apply the "web version only required patch" (after applying patch 0.34.11), but it should at least be playable. It is in the download folder with the rest of the game version. "CiC Version 0.34.2 Web". You might need the Web version only required patch as well, if the game won't start.
Please make an Android version
The web version is effectively an android version, as that's what RPG Maker MV gives you when you deploy a game as android. However, the game isn't tested on android, and so plugin compatibility can vary between devices. You can try and see how well the game works on your android device through JOIPlay.

It is some sort of application you can download. I've never used it myself, but I've heard many people say that is how they play RPG Maker games on android.

I have the same issue as wallamalla. Trying to download the game on Mac and only getting that error message. It pops up regardless of whether or not I try to install the latest patch.

I wanted to ask, will there ever be an option in-game to fully transition to being female? I love this game because I get to vicariously transition without being degraded by the game itself, and being able to become a girl fully would be incredible. Thank you!!
The fourth dungeon in the game features a full transformation to female, but otherwise the player keeps their penis throughout the game. Having the possibility of being female in scenes just adds too much extra work to each scene, as every mention of the players penis would need an alternate version.
Please let me know if you figure out how to fix this!

accepted the quest for the 4th dungeon but its not coming up on my quest or places to travel, please help
So there's no option to visit the "Ruins Dungeon" in the outside teleporter? The only requirement for that to appear should be accepting it, and it worked for me just now. Also, the quest log is quite outdated, largely because the quests became very straightforward, so it won't show up there regardless. Let me know if you still have issues, I might need to take a look at your save folder.
how do I install the patch on windows?
Simply unzip the latest patch version after downloading, and copy and paste the data folder inside of the www folder of the base game. The filepath for the base game would look something like this "CiC 0.33 Windows\www". If you did it correctly, it should ask to replace some files with the same names.
So in the second dungeon after choosing to get corrupted I did not gain the depravity points, am I suppossed to do something else?
It looks like I somehow completely forgot to add in any of the stat changes for that event, which is almost impressive in how stupid it is. Anyways, I've fixed it now, and you should be able to get the stats with your current save by using the "Fix D2 Corruption Not Working" option with the debug key item, after downloading the latest patch. It's mentioned when I interact with the boys in the alleyway one last time. I am currently stuck on the chastity cage event. I talked to daddy, the girl in the alleyway, and the boys in the alleyway
There's also only being able to buy clothes if I wear all the cursed items, which is annoying, I wish there was a way to remove that curse.
I added the walkthrough to the download folder. Forgot to update it for version 0.32, sorry about that. Off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure you need to leave the alleyway and see the scene with the barkeep.
Also, the thing with the cursed outfit was partially bugged. You should be able to buy stuff by taking the outfit off entirely as well. The latest patch should fix that, thanks for letting me know.

It's great that you fixed that, I didn't know it was a bug. When I recover my main, I'll let you know of the spelling mistakes, bugs, and such I found edit: the patch didn't fix it, maybe because of my save file [I did copy and paste the folders inside the patch inside the www folder]
I've added another patch you can try. Patch 0.32.18. It adds a debug option at the very bottom of the debugger item, which might fix the issue. If that doesn't work, I'd probably have to view your save folder to try and figure out the problem. I don't think there's a way to dm on itch, so you could message me on patreon or TfGamesSite instead if you wanted to do that. Also just thought of this, don't forget that the two-inch black heels are part of the outfit, and will cause the curse to activate.
It works on patch 0.32.7, maybe it worked without the patch but I didn't know wearing them again would reactivate the curse
Hey! I been having some trouble with version 0.31, everytime i wear the tomboy outfit it causes an error. And some outfits dont have sprites, why is that so? I saw earlier that this version shouldnt have those problems

Otherwise just make sure that when you are applying the patch it asks if you want to replace files with the same names in the destination folder when copying the patch over. If neither of those work let me know and I'll take a look at it again.
I just realized from another comment that the patch wouldn't automatically fix the pants if they were already in your inventory, so patch 0.32.12 was added so they should fix themselves if you travel to Elmgar with them in your inventory. Or if they are added and removed from leaving the third dungeon, that should also fix them.

I'm getting this as well when trying to run the web version. I think it has something to do with the addition of expressions and using the custom paperdoll images for the players face. I'll look into this and see if I can fix it, but it might take me a little white to figure out. Thanks for letting me know about it.
I figured it out! I added a plugin in version 0.27 (which was when this bug started happening) that showed expressions with the character creator, and that caused the web version to crash due to it being incompatible with the web version. I added a special patch to fix this with the newly release version 0.32 of the game, so if you apply that patch (Patch 0.32.13 WEB VERSION ONLY), it should disable the plugin causing the issue. From now on I'll release the web version with it disabled by default. Thanks for reporting the bug!

Well many of the scenes don't have artwork yet, as I am not an artist and have to commission all of the art for the game, so that may be the issue.

I somehow tried to have the game put a non-existant sprite on the player for the bottoms of the tomboy outfit, which bugged the game. Patch 0.31.10 should fix that. Thanks for reporting the issue.
Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but the gothic lolita outfit seems to be bugged. When I equip it, it looks like I'm not wearing anything besides underwear.

Ah, some of the sprites were missing for some of the outfits, so it would just show the player in their underwear. Version 0.31 was just released, and if you download the latest patch for it the game will have sprites for most of the clothes now.
This game only has feminization or it also has Gender Bender?
The fourth dungeon has gender bender, but for the most part it's just feminization.

Maybe. It seems to vary by device how well it functions on joiplay. It isn't designed or tested for it by myself, but some have commented saying it functions well enough. I believe you would download the web version for that.

There is a discord server for patrons, but I don't have a publicly available one. I like having the server be somewhat small.

There's no plan for a dedicated android version, but the web version may run through JOIplay. It's not tested on that, largely because the amount of bugs seems to vary by device, likely due to the many plugins for the game, so I would have to remove features to get it to work 100% on android devices. Some players say it works fine on there, some say it's unplayable. You'd have to try it out and see how well it works for you.

Moved to Game.app to applications folder, it already had read and write perms. Still the same issue :( I also tried "chmod +x Game.app/contents/MacOS/nwjs" but that didn't help either
I'm not seeing much else for this issue, is there anything else to the error message that it gives you other than "Game.App can't be opened"? And do you know what version of Mac you are running? The only other thing I've seen is to go into your "System Preferences > Security & Privacy" settings and in the "General" tab, there's an option you can select to allow apps downloaded from anywhere to open. That might not be the best solution as it makes your computer more vulnerable to other programs, but it's worth a shot I suppose.
i really like the game, (next part MAYBY has SPOILERS idk) i found a problem that after the river dungeon after 4th purple book it got bugged and the npc's all around the game keep saying stuff about the clitty or little dick. (the sorcerers that ambush or librarian)

i trid goin all the way up on size and all the way down and back to average, but it still says that i have an small dick, maybe is on porpose but it did seem weird that even with the biggest size the sister is saying litte dick
even after i turn it back into the average size,
also after using the thunder spell on the boss of the ruins dungeon the rain animation get stuck is not leaving even after closing and opening the game.
it do look nice around the city but is raining everywhere even when is only text in screen, its somewhat deep to see the sissy scenes when is raining idk it fell more like the character dont even care anymore about the rain he just whan the d, like full on addict/junky, also the last scene on text of the story line also become somewhat deep when he is about the enter and you only see the black screen and the rain animation, like full on movie, i actually really like the bug so i didnt did a replay of the game to remove the bug, the only annoying think is that inside the bar or any building im seing the animation,
it will be amasing to have some rainy days on the game and maybe some rain exclusive content inside the church or bar or some thing like that i mean some wet nuns sound nice (actually wet form rain..... well maybe not only rain?)

One thing to check with that penis size bug is how big the game says your penis is when you press P or use the “check appearance” item. If that also says you have a clitty, then the variable itself is bugged. Otherwise, it’s those specific encounters. The fact that you were able to grow it back to normal at Beatrice’s shop makes me think it’s probably an issue with those encounters. Thanks for letting me know about the rain bug, I’ll add a debug option in version 0.31 to fix that. It would be a good idea to add rain sometimes as well. Glad you enjoyed the game! Thanks.

That is one of the gloryhole images for the second dungeon. After interacting with the Imp named Stacy and working in the gloryhole for her, you can go inside it again which will show scenes for oral and anal with several random characters.
