They're all in Exile, and every scene is unlocked for all seven of them, but this quest won't move on to the meeting room scene and "Change of Plans" won't trigger to move on with the actual story content.
Not sure if I missed something somewhere, but considering everything else is done and everything the quest says to do is complete I think I may have run into a bug.
possibility for one of the following 1) If you already completed convincing them but option didnt turned green, like it should had possibily a bug (ignorable won't affect further game play), so go trying going to meeting room at morning, should trigger the second event. 2) By seven girls it refers to first seven girls before the assault, make sure you haven't confused with Maeve, after all she also appears to have a room in exile. (Check in all 7 girls cards to see if all their hint says after the meeting) Also, you should talk to them in their rooms atleast once (if you havent already).
I kept getting little affection events in the morning like jogging and picnics, so the earliest I had tried was noon. Ignoring those and going to the meeting room first thing finished the quest.
Usually the ones that don't state a time are at any point, so I thought it was the "Girls' Meeting" option that shows up there.
Joggings and picnics are only on sundays, if you had tried other days, the result should had been different (there are few events specific to a weekday, just like there are time dependent events). But again, did you get Shiela's picnic events even before the girls meeting... Shiela only joins exiles during the meeting!!!!!
I think I had some things glitch a bit, I had some things happen before they seemed to have supposed to happen, it was just that one missing scene that was keeping the gamre from quickly progressing to 100% of the currently available content.
There was a visual glitch that I had when I went to Sheila's room before I went to the meeting room after I had gotten everyone into the house, and the 1st part of the quest changed back to white, and I thought I had soft locked my game. It doesn't actually do anything, but it scared me for a bit.

It was random earlier with 30% chance of appearance on noon, since people was having issue finding it, dev made it to be a specific day with chance of occurrence to 100%. Its was updated around last October.
It's no doubt that this is a great game! To my surprise, I heard Hollow Knight's BGM in it! What I want to say is that it's better not to use it without authorization. After all, I also don't want this game to go wrong because of such a small problem.
I have been having this problem to where I can't press the button that lets you leave the room, I can't click on the bed, or the crystal. At first it did nothing but be annoying, but now I am stuck in the room and can't do anything. I was wondering if there was a way I can fix it with out having to restart. If there is not a way then I dont mind having to restart.

if you were on android, the saves will be deleted, but the chances are low for mac and pc, since they are saved in 2 places. (inside the game folder and on users folders, so even if you delete the game folder, there should be the backup)
I'm confused about how to continue Tsukiko's questline. I did the reverse rape thing where she teleports you from the festival but I don't know how to continue after that. Am I missing something?
If you talk to Sheila while she's cleaning your bedroom, both Spend Time, and Actions give back Under Development. But if you talk with her in her own room, both options work normally. Not sure if this is as it should be, or if it's a glitch like I think it is, so I'm letting you know anyway
With Isabel and Neon looking to be made Main Girls, I'm curious as to how they're going to be effected by the story. Tailé, like Hera and Estia isn't a normal human, so she'd be able to handle things better. To say nothing of the future pregnancies and pregnancy rituals. Also, if these three are Main Girls now, or going to be, one wonders if new rooms are going to be added to Exile, and if so how the other girls are going to react.
You're wrong about Estia.She's not a normal human,but she also wasn't aware of her powers and grew up as normal human for most of her life.So unlike the hidden LIs she has a normal human mindset. But you're right about Tailie.
The 3 of them are definitely not normal, but I think Hera and Taile are categorized as Hiddens, while Estia falls under seperate category called Altered (unless she gets a backstory similar to MC).
My point is that is that in terms of mindset she's a regular human, not race. She didn't grow up in the supernatural world like the other Hidden and was unaware of her powers for most of her life. So, it would take her a while to adjust to the life and death situation she's in now. Unlike the Hidden LI who have lived their entire lives in the supernatural side. Maybe I didn't make it clear enough,but your post felt like it was implying that because Estia's Altered,she'll adjust just as fast as the others.even though that's not the case.
Oh no yea, you have a good point. Estia is still getting used to the world of magic, but depending on the timeline of pregnancies getting added and the new girls being made main, Estia is still going to have gotten more used to the world of magic and life/death stuff than the two fully human girls.

I only say I'm pretty sure, because before going back to the bar, in the Event Tracker, for Isabel Mammoth Tusk was in RED. But otherwise I'm positive I'd done everything I could do in previous updates. Though I'm not sure when Neon got added, and I only found her this update (0.67)
How do you trigger Cleos Promenade events? The Girls Tracker is saying she has no more content, but the Events Tracker is saying she has two Promenade?
Also, same question for the Drunk Asmedia event that's not in the Event Tracker, but is mentioned in the 0.66 dev log? Couldn't find it last time, and I still can't.

Neon event (it was added in 0.64) pops up only if you have completed this other event, the fix for it s the crystal in the bedroom window,
Click crystal -> maeve -> something something isa quest pop
Thank the crystal thing fixed it, knew I'd finished that quest line. Still don't know how I didn't catch Neon sooner though.

promenade on beach - Thursday beach afternoon
take girls for lunch at minmin's place from meeting room, you gets to make choice during that and one leads to drunk asmedia
