I'm having rouble advancing on the pot part of the story. Is there a trigger for a second event involving pot in the dorms or is that not in the game yet?

I can't wait for the next update to see where the storylines with Lucy and Rachel go. And Priti? OH MAN! Cassandra can get hit by a bus for all I care.
Priti is one of my favorites, too, but you can't expect only sweet, heart-warming characters in a school full of repeaters, failures and social outcasts.
Cassandra is quite intelligent and her goals are very typical for a lot of women without a proper education or stable childhood home. From all the characters in the game I expect her to change the most and it's very interesting to watch her progress.
Please don't get me wrong. My comment about Cassandra is a compliment! Sure, I like several of the other characters better but the fact that I absolutely hate Cassandra is a testament to how well written is the story. If her character wasn't so well written I wouldn't care one way or the other.
Well said. Every hero's potential to grow depends on the adversaries he had to overcame. If the obstacles are too easy to master the story won't be fascinating or exciting.
Star Wars would be boring without Darth Vader, The Headmaster would have an easy time without stubborn antagonists like Cassandra or Donna or girls who really need help like Priti or Nina. And I expect an interesting challenge in taming Liz, too.
Although the final foe, Zoe Bates, is still in the making, the current tasks are just what we need to gain experience and bring our skills to perfection.
Disagree. I like Cassandra. A well crafted character. She seems key to plot development as she learns how to control her temper and become a refined young adult who will wine and dine the elders when they visit campus. Something major to come along that plotline. Conspiracy. Spying. Intrigue. Same with Debby who is now prefect. I see Debby as a future Mr. Dick in female form.

Love this game and the sense of humour in it. Having a play problem though - how do i get up to 80+ discipline? i'm at 54, leading up to Ruth's exam, and though i teach 2 lessons a day none of the girls are misbehaving, so i'm just getting grade increases, which then decrease at night :-/
Most of the events in the game are scripted to happen once per week. For example, Debbie may misbehave during morning class on Monday, but not during any other class time. You would find that that happens every single week without fail. Start remembering or take notes on what happens for each period of each day for the week, and you can begin planning what stats or events to work on each day.
This is not exactly right. When walking around the school the girls will be in set positions at certain times e.g. Amy in the sports centre on Tuesday morning. However, the repeatable events in class or when patrolling are triggered randomly and aren't linked to the day of week.
In chapter 2 you should have the option to punish Liz, Faye and Priti in class. Until you complete Cassandra's, Amy's and Rachel's quests you can punish them to. Plus on Friday afternoon you can pick which girl to punish. So, there should be plenty of options. When a girl misbehaves focus on classroom punishments and public punishments to increase discipline. Also be sure to unlock all the rules and complete all the active quests.
Just a thought, in order to shut Ruth up from throwing a money wrench to all the headmaster's plans... He could buy egg vibrator/s and put it inside Ruth's holes everytime he ask her to pull up her skirt, especially before board meetings... just vibrate it remotely the whole day and watch.
If I transfer the entire headmaster folder (not just the save folder inside) to a new smartphone) will my stats get transfered too? (Grade discipline horniness money etc etc)
I installed the game to a USB drive and play off of it. You'll have to manually transfer the save game files to the new device though. But having it on a USB means I can put it in any computer or laptop without installing it and it plays just fine.
How do u Max out Amy's pain (private punishment)? I exhausted all spanking options of all positions and the pain just came to 9/10 instead of 10/10. I counted the pain points and it only totaled to 9, where do u get the last point? (She's not yet on bare bottoms). Does that mean I have to change school policy to have any on bare bottoms so t could increase pain points to 10? If so how? Thanks
Check the online store and make sure you have bought everything. If you have, you should have the cane, which will allow you to punish her for running in the hallways again and running into someone.

Is it possible to unlock all replay scenes? I have 1/2 Trixie Staff Quest scenes unlocked, but when I load an old save to get the other one, I still only have 1/2 scenes, only this time I have new scene and I no longer have the scene I originally had.
You just gotta make sure you transfer the file with your saves in it from the old device into the new one. It's under game -> saves. Though it's easier just to transfer the whole Headmaster file over, don't have to worry about re-downloading it, and your saves will still be there. It should be the same deal on android too, if that's what you're on. Just put the files in an SD card and move it over.

Try checking around and doing different activities. Some events only happen on specific days during a specific time period. Something that happens when you teach a class in the morning on a monday might not happen at any other point in time during the week. Also, don't just focus on one character, try to work on multiple characters at once, as some might be locked behind progress with another.
So I managed to get grades up to 100 and it said I've unlocked the Christmas Special which I can access by going to the "Event Log". I don't know what the event log is or how to access it. I did find something called "History" but that didn't have anything about the Christmas Special in there. Anyone know?

It's possible you only have 10 points if you forced Priti to undress and Mr Wilson was unhappy with the pictures you gave him. There are lots of options to fix this in the cheat menu (press the big red button 3 times)

So I was wondering if anyone knows where my saves are on Android (have a file explorer app) as I'm moving to a new phone and it didn't copy the saves over automatically.
after some self ordered restrain I want to compliment you for your Halloween add on. It was a nice little extra with a great animation of the star of the coming update (and my favorite girl, I guess), Priti Amin.
I wonder, how long do you need to create/write/program such an update? More than one week? Two? And your animations are getting better and better. Experience seems to be the key.
Another observation: It always improve the feeling for the game if your protagonists refer to things from the past, for example, when Priti spit out that "her vagina is beautiful and she is very proud of her", an experience from the ending of chapter 1, of course. Her practice punishment intrude deep into her subconsciousness and in her drunken state she refered to it. I really love little things like that, which make everything very real. To watch our heros change during their journey is always one of the best things of every story, at least for me, and I cant wait for update 0.12.
Hi Dreamavoider. Thank you. I am glad you enjoyed the special. It took me a week to write and a week to make all the images and animations. Although, I also spent a few evenings and a Sunday morning or two picking out the costumes and doing some of the storyboarding and generally coming up with all the ideas. So it's difficult to say exactly how much time I spent on it. I was also working flat out for the week I put all the images together and gave myself an RSI in my mouse hand, so such a pace of development isn't sustainable long term.
I switched to a new way of making animations last year and I'm gradually improving with the technique. The animations for the upcoming version 0.12 are leagues ahead of anything I used to be able to make. I think people are going to be quite impressed with the improvements.
Sometimes I am afraid that I annoy you with all my positive babbling or that the general praise goes to your head. But so far you seem to be able to stay the same.
Your animation skills, although appreciated, of course, are not the main reason why I like "The Headmaster" so much, though.
There are things like the story, the character developement, the feeling of control I can enjoy as the main honcho in a small world, where I can encounter challenges that I am able to overcome. Very much on the contrary with the problems I encounter in the real world. I never understand some comments which say that your game is "dark". The real world is much darker.
And you are even able to let your characters speak in different tongues, slangs and attitudes, which is a great part of their charm.
I think another of the reasons you put so much energy in your little extras is the possibility to expand the rules of your world to some extent. To fulfill the needs of the part of your audience who crave for more direct action. And, I guess, its a break from the usual headmaster stuff and you are able to find new energy for the normal game after this excursions.
I am happy to hear of your new skills nevertheless. Good luck in developing them further for the future.
From our FAQ: Android installation doesn't work / grey screen. A few android users have reported this kind of problem. the only things that seem to resolve it are rebooting the device, waiting, and/or trying to install again. it's hard for others to figure out android issues because there are so many different devices with different memory and free space. A few recommendations gleaned from other people's troubles:
* You should make sure you are downloading a public release from an official site, not a beta. The official ones are hosted on itch.io or mega.nz (see #announcements channel for specific links). there is special compression applied to videos and images in public android releases which is not applied to beta releases
* You generally need at least 2x the installer size in free space (after you download the installer to your device) to get all the dependencies installed. some people have needed more than that free.
* if you have the option to install the game to an SD card instead of directly to the device, that has worked for some folks
* if you've never installed a ren'py game on the device before, it may take quite a while to install all the dependencies. some folks have reported needing to reboot their device and/or run the installer more than once to get around the grey screen
so um..i need help and the guides not helping im trying to bring sally her keys but everytime i talk to jimmy he always never knows where they are, im at chapter 2 at this point and not sure what to do
There are some other things you need to have seen first. Specifically stealing Sally's towel on a Monday afternoon. The headmaster gives you a hint after speaking with Jimmy.
I can't seem to get Amy past level 2. I've used the same sequence of punishment listed in a walkthrough for Debbie, but it always seems one pain to go, 7/8, with all the ones used. What works?
I too am having trouble with this I've spent 2 weeks in game walking the halls and still haven't seen Amy get in a fight I have no idea how to get her past level 1.
Try progressing other storylines and come back to it later. Also, read what the headmaster says at the start of the punishment, he will give hints if you are missing a required rule or item.

You can just install the new version over the top of the old one. However for Android, I always recommend backing up your save files first in case they get deleted.

I think you are better off installing the game on a new phone and just moving the save files.

I think I messed up I have Rachel following me around and I think it made it so I can't put Chang's potion into Sally's water bottle on Monday.
That shouldn't make a difference. Just click Sally's bag.

When you're talking to Chang in week 2 at night in her classroom and ask about further history

Amy hits someone in hallway. To see it you have to wander in hallway. Then you can punish her with cane.
The actions needed are different for each girl. Check Amy's walkthrough requirements. You may need to pass new rules at the school board.
