Hi ! I am missing the 15th and 16th stories and I have no idea why, I have gossiped with everyone and I kept trying to encounter dates but nothing happened.
I think it might be because of a date I had before that had bugged, all I remember is that it had a "Bear 1" character, but the date was only a black screen and when there was no text left the black screen stood there... I had to ALT+F4 and when I came back to the game, I was in front of the dating area but no one was there.
I've done it already. I made it apparent in the comments about a month or so back, the mashing part doesn't work on either my spacebar, or controller. I believe it was vixel that suggested a skip option to the quest to save people's keyboards.
Nope, it's been giving me that problem since they dropped Act 2. I got through it once like, an hour after it dropped, but every time I tried to play the game afterwards it just gave up during the space mashing sequence. Vixel said they'd include a code to skip it over a month ago, but still hasn't done it by the looks of things.
you dont need to beat it, you just need to play it once, then open gossip and ask "what do you do for fun" but I think you have to get past the ruin stage
This game has been really good! There are some odd things I'd like to mention though:
Penny and Mabel keep showing up in the date area but I can't interact with them.
I can't find the last character on the critter log.
There was a random encounter early on where I bumped into a fish in the lake. It hasn't been aknowledged since then, nor has it happened again. Did it have any significance, or was it just a one-time gag?
Apart from that, everything's pretty great. I look forward to whenever Act 3 is ready!
I believe that the ??? log is meant for this fish you encounter after leaving Augustus's island, for penny and mabels date you need you need to do scarlets fertilizer quest
Bug: Penny and Dustin cutscenes in act 1 (flight and special scenes) cause the game to fade to a black screen transition that never ends, resulting in a black screen softlock
The lock also occurs if you attempt to view any movies or stories in the gallery. (Once it occurred in-game, I reinstalled and restarted a few times, and used the cheat code to unlock everything to explore the issue.)
Great game! I love characters and mechanic of this game and the possibility to see the quests details in inventory is a thing that i love! i discovered a bug when you go to the plant (you understand what i mean) for the second time the game warns you that the scarlett's quest is complete even if you have complete that mission before. And if someone can help me to find the way to unlock the last picture (eighteenth in the gallery) i would be very grateful
For some reason the third batch of attacks is by far the hardest with a way faster timing from the other smash attacks. The way I beat it was timing a dash from the bottom middle to the right over the middle of the vertical attacks but it still has way too tight timing. Everything else was easy by comparison.
I absolutly Love Act 2! All of the new scenes are great, and I love the new dating mechanic, and the additional characters!
I only ever discovered two bugs. In Dustin's Novice training mini-game, after beating it and taking 1 hit, and Rolling upwards in the arena's corner as the screen faded to black and loaded, I triggered the loading zone to the Bunny's Stump home.
The second is an oversight. When Penny is on a date (Cant get her "?" to show up though on the date, which seems odd), you can summon her with the green bell and have Two Pennies in frame at once! Funny if you ask me.
Dustin's dialouge box came up while inside of their home. Odd, but a very minor note for how great the new features are. Great work!
Found a glitch on the PC version: I assume I'm supposed to be able to talk to mabel and our flying foul friend on their date, but no notification to talk pops up. During the two's meeting, I called for penny for a chat and canceled, showing the notification for a chat, and a golden question mark to appear. is it possible it's not allowing the conversation due to still being able to call penny?
I went to chapter select in hopes of fixing it. while it was fixed, I also got to notice that the sweater/jacket (whatever) appeared in my inventory after the fact, so possibly another problem? while the game acknowledged that I did have the sweater (I could go up the mountain) it never showed up in inventory unless I used chapter select
i think i may have a bug to report when Mabel and Penny are on a date i cant talk with them (no option to chat opens when they are there) about the plant so i cant unlock their story (so i have sotry 12 still locked) its making me really sad ;-;
Can't seem to find the 12th image in the gallery, it's all I have left. I've beaten Dustin's minigame with 0 hits on both training mode & novice, I have Rosetta, Monocle, Jar, Shears, & Radio.

I'm having the same bug on my end. It also occurs if you attempt to start Dustin's movie instead of talking to Penny, and if you attempt to view a movie or story from the gallery using the unlock code. Fade-to-black, then hang.

I really love this concept but being French, I had a little trouble on some quests to understand the objective. If one day the game is released on Steam, will a potential patch for the French language be available? If so, I would buy your game and all its sequels, lol!

When I was doing Dustin's Dodge Challenge minigame and he did his final attack he was just suck there and i could move but i could not finish his game!
ive noticed that a lot of things keep repeating themselves, like when i repeat the same gossips it would say new logs are unlocked even tho they arent, and when i go back to the plant then it would say quest compleat even tho i already did it, it seams to happen whenever i close then re open the game

Check where you're storing the game, sometimes it acts SUPER funky if it's buried too far down in windows explorer folders.
Yeah, I ran it literally ONE folder lower in the file structure and it started working. Thanks for the heads-up, I wouldn't have thought to do that.

Try it with a controller, it's easier, you just need to quickly press the button.

Me too, mini game is so hard, even in "pratice" mode, it's really frustrating knowing that I'm missing this scene and another, and I'm done. :(

Anyone know how to use the Rosetta Stone that the Alligator gives you? In the inventory, it says you can use it to decipher glyphs?
Also, this could very well be that I'm just a novice at most games, but how would you encounter the bear+fox?

the translation stone doesnt seam to work, ive tried looking at almost every stone and all of them say its not understandable
