From what I recall of other times this was asked, it's clear the itch.io app has strange download issues. Runey is not itch.io's dev though, he can't fix that. I do recall him and/or others suggesting simply using the website itself, which works fine. Patreon links are also an option.

I'm guessing the "minuses" (downvotes) come from the fact your main complaint is an issue with JoiPlay's UI, which you are raising with the creator and community of just one game played on it, instead of JoiPlay's developers. As for the "lack of an official apk" part, please read the first sentence of the download section. If you have a way to compress nearly 80gB down below 2gB without noticeable quality loss, please let us know, as that's impossible.
I did not complain about the lack of an official APK, because I wrote about it earlier, so there is absolutely no need to point out the instructions to me.
And about the community of one game: I indicated above that I had already write to the author (because this problem is clearly visible here because of the choice of UI in the game settings) and asked for support so that someone would also respond and also write to him.

Also, yeah dude, I read your comment, but saying you "wrote to" the JoiPlay devs doesn't explain why you decided to make the exact same complaint to, again, *the developer of just one game that runs on JoiPlay*. First of all, I didn’t complain about the lack of an APK version. There is a difference between it and stating the fact that there is no alternative (at the moment) to playing on mobile devices, in the form of using this emulator. We have a saying in our country: “I’m talking about potatoes, and you say give me some of them.” I wanted to draw attention to the fact that that program is well-known, and that mobile players use it mainly. And I personally accepted the rejection of the mobile version already when only the respected Runey wrote about it in Discord.
Secondly, a complaint and feedback are also slightly different things. I have always treated Runey with respect, as a single work of this scale is admirable. But it also collects reviews with errors. And what I decided to do: I saw a minor problem, roughly found the original source and what it is related to, pointed out to both authors (the emulator and the game) and asked for support from the game community, since the author of Joiplay is generally silent.
Third, “He can’t help you.” It’s good, but it’s not good to check for him and decide for him, too. I asked you to pay attention, and, if possible, try to do something if there is a desire (this is all about that line - or for someone to comment on why it is not needed, or there would be an alternative to it, I can’t say).
Fourth, the comparison is quite good, I laughed. But I didn’t complain about the taste of the burger, I just pointed out that they forgot to add the salad. Feedback - there is not always a complaint or whining.
I will not continue the polemic further, it is useless to cling to each other’s words. It would be better to have something about the problems. If someone sees this, responds to author of game, because one person was ignored; he will suddenly correct the situation - and it will be generally good. There is a way to solve the problem - good. Kate's events and riddles are unrelated to Android. For the solution, remember the four letters you gave in her four riddle sets. Enter them and she'll give you a big hint, aka how they're arranged. She did specifically say in the last set that you've gained knowledge that would lead to a reward very soon, after all.

I have an idea: the F&E shower scene. If one of them takes a shower, when entering the room it will show: F is taking a shower and E is in the room and vice versa, I think this way is more suitable
I love the game but when I downloaded version 13.2 and tried to unzip the folder it gave me an error and I tried deleting the folder and reinstall it but still the same error

Runey this game is amazing, but im blocked in Felicity&Emma ashley event so i can't continue with the story (it require increase the ashley friendship,but i have already the friendship at Max)
At one point in the story, it's required for Ashley's and F&E's friendships to be at a certain number. This event is the vacation in the snowy cabin event. If you went passed that then you encountered a bug, or adjusted the values somehow. I don't know how this could be happening, let me know if you find out why.

Hi Runey, have you considered increasing the level of compression of the images to reduce the overall size of the game? I used cwebp to re-encode the images directory with cwebp quality level 25. Doing so reduced the size of that directory from ~7.1 GB to ~1.6GB. From the few images I spotchecked it seems like the increased compression doesn't damage the quality of the images too badly.
Of course, if you were feeling devious, you could tie the higher quality images to your Patreon tiers... But I think most people would be willing to make the quality trade-off for smaller download sizes and (potentially) more content, assuming it's holding you back.
The uncompressed size of the game is around 70GB - 80GB last time I checked. The current level of compression is the highest I could do without any more noticeable reduction in quality. I haven't heard of cwebp, could you explain further?
I'll double check the compression quality tonight. Maybe the compression artifacts are worse on specific images, or perhaps I made a mistake while spot-checking the compression quality.
On Ubuntu Linux it can be installed via "sudo apt install webp"
There are also multiple ways of setting the compression level of webp images during encoding. It's possible some quality targets are better suited to your images than others.
So I've spot-checked another couple dozen images, and I think I've got a decent handle on the compression artifacts as a result. There is certainly a "noticable" reduction in quality, but personally I wouldn't characterize it as drastic If that level of quality reduction is outside of what you can artistically accept, I and most of your other fans would fully understand and accept your artistic control.
From what I saw, there's a definite reduction in image quality with respect to lighting and textures within your renders. Some shapes seem to be oddly smoothed at this level of compression as well, and take on a more cartoonish and less photo-realstic feel as a result.
On the other hand, as the project develops you might revisit the compression issue with the workflow, logistical, and business aspects of releasing a 7.5GB .zip file in mind. For instance, I've noticed you've recently discontinued .apk Android releases of Harem Hotel because the file size has gotten too large. I play on PC, so it doesn't affect me. However, it might be possible to return to releasing .apk distributions of the game (assuming you find the effort worthwhile) by using this level of compression to significantly reduce that file size. I imagine some Android users would prefer a reduction in image quality over dropping .apk releases (of course you know better than I do). The small screen sizes of Android devices might also make the compression artifacts less significant.
If you're running into similar file size limitations or find yourself adjusting your workflow significantly to work around the challenges of managing such large builds it might be worth re-evaluating your compression level. If not, well, I've got fiber internet anyway, and I'm willing to wait an hour or two to experience new releases of your great game. I just thought I'd bring it up in case you're starting to feel large build sizes weigh down your creative process.

Do you ever plan on adding multiple angles for certain scenes? Personally I’d love to see more POV angles.
Also, what about adding different positions for repeatable scenes? It seems a bit odd that when you have vaginal sex with a character it’s restricted to one position lol.
Each position or angle doubles the amount of animation/frames needed for that character's repeatable content. Since the game is already quite big, that's not a priority.
Gotta say, I'm really excited for future pregnancy plans. And not because I have a pregnancy fetish, but because I've grown attached to the characters in the story.
Sidenote: I'm a software developer 3.5 years experience in web/application development, if you'd like any free help, reach out. I'd love to be a part of this project, even a small one. If I can spend time on bug fixes that's more time you can focus on features & story progression.

i have alr done some search now its the same problem of other ppl with joiplay that it won't open the game as the v.430 is broke down then i tried their suggestion about to launch it in other version. ima say even i tried the older or the latter version i still can't open the game
You have got to turn this into an anime someday, the world that you have created is sophisticated and full of problem we encounter in the real world like slavery, religious, AI learning awareness and much more.
Especially the elf story is very compelling and have much dept to it, from the history to the race to the pattern of each race is quite detail mix with human future AI fill world.
All and all, very creative story and world that you created. Surely many Japanese anime company would love to produce ether anime or hentai of this.

same issue again, Cant donwload thru Itch client - says planning failed zip:not a valid zip file
but I do have 7zip installed and set as default for .zip extension.

Read the download section dude - apk can't handle HH's size, and current JoiPlay version 1.01.430 is broken.
You can either downgrade to version 1.01.400 and disable auto-update in the playstore,

You can check where you are in side character's storylines by clicking the "i" button at the top and clicking misc info.

I have been an enjoyer of this game for nearly two years! I adore Lin so much. Im really hoping for more content in the future! pregnancy for one, hopefully more content for Ellen and Jin as well as the other elves. being by sexual myself, I would love to see a submissive sissy elfboy or buy a weak elf male and transform him into a sissy.

Do you ever plan on adding multiple angles for certain scenes? Personally I’d love to see more POV angles.
Also, what about adding different positions for repeatable scenes? It seems a bit odd that when you have vaginal sex with a character it’s restricted to one position lol.

yeah i'd prefer it with more than 1 position...
Each position or angle doubles the amount of animation/frames needed for that character's repeatable content. Since the game is already quite big, that's not a priority.

This folder being open in previous versions but locked in 13.2 is the one bug I would love to see rectified... (old screenshot, as I do have the others shown as locked since this was created)

i have alr done some search now its the same problem of other ppl with joiplay that it won't open the game as the v.430 is broke down then i tried their suggestion about to launch it in other version. ima say even i tried the older or the latter version i still can't open the game
The current Joiplay download seems to work fine on my Galaxy A32.
Make sure you have the renpy plugin downloaded (separate install) THEN RESTART YOUR DEVICE!
I actually restarted the Joiplay app then the device and it worked fine.
You have got to turn this into an anime someday, the world that you have created is sophisticated and full of problem we encounter in the real world like slavery, religious, AI learning awareness and much more.
Especially the elf story is very compelling and have much dept to it, from the history to the race to the pattern of each race is quite detail mix with human future AI fill world.
All and all, very creative story and world that you created. Surely many Japanese anime company would love to produce ether anime or hentai of this.
