Exactly one year ago today, June 9th 2020, Sileo: Tales of a New Dawn was released! This was version 0.10 and it contained the first three days of the intro, totaling roughly 16,000 words . And boy oh boy, how far we’ve come in that time! The current Patreon build contains one fully completed route and another which is roughly two thirds finished with a grand total of nearly 350,000 words! Not to mention all of terrific characters, illustrated backgrounds and sequences – and don’t forget the rude moments! There are plenty of those too!

Honestly, it’s amazing to look back and remember how things were a year ago today. We were nervous – would people discover it with no advertising? Would people like it? Would people support us on Patreon? Our expectations were tempered. We didn’t expect any miracles, a small passionate following perhaps if we were lucky. Maybe a couple of hundred on Patreon...

…and then, there’s reality. Holy shit you guys, what the fuck.

To say Sileo absolutely blew up would be a massive, massive understatement. Never in our wildest dreams did we think it possible to end up where we are now and for that, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. It's been an incredible year in which we've learned and achieved so much and long may that continue - we're hard at work preparing next months update which has some pretty cool stuff in it. We can't wait for you to see it!
