- Added Faster Auto Repeat setting for custom gameplay style (Auto Repeat refers to when holding left or right to repeatedly move a pill)
- All gameplay styles except Classic have Faster Auto Repeat enabled, making them feel more responsive
- The original Auto Repeat speed is now more accurate to NES Dr. Mario
