Update 1.3

Back for another update! I have something very fun cooking up, but for now here's a fairly standard DISTRACTISHOW update.
This time, I have a proper changelog:

1.3

- Added asynchronous loading to improve MINOR DISTRACTIONS loading
- Added Landing minigame
- Stopped input from being taken if not in the game window
- Added a bunch more words to the Secret Words minigame
- Added a couple new palettes
- Added menu ticker speedup if hovering & holding down left click
- Added fullscreen & windowed modes
- Improved artwork for a couple minigames
