Added Events - Current Events InGame: Exhaustion Event.
Exhaustion Event: Slows Character And Tints Screen For 15 seconds (i think its 15 seconds i forgor)
SpeedBoost Soda Only Gives 1.8x (was 3x)
Moved a Cabinet and added a Cabinet and Crate in 1 Room.
Small other changes Aswell.
