Initial Prototype Available!
This first version of Yu-Gi-Oh! Rememories is now playable and brings a basic duel system featuring:
Normal and Set Summons
Battle mechanics with position changes, attacks, and damage calculation
Defeat by reaching 0 LP
Random Deck System: each duel uses 40 random monsters (from a pool of ~1500)
🎮 This is a testing phase! I'm looking for feedback on what has been implemented so far.
The card artwork indexing system is not yet complete, so you might come across cards without images — but all other information is there.
There’s a lot planned, and I’m very excited to continue development.
In the next version, I plan to add battle sounds (attack, defense, counterattack, defeat) and duel background music.
I'm also working on the intermediate summoning system, which will allow combining multiple cards.
Just like in the original game, players will be able to select cards from their hand to merge.
This will introduce the Fusion system, bringing back the mechanic that truly defined Forbidden Memories — now reimagined.
