The Problem:
In the two previous classes, we used Unreal 5.3. It seemed like at least once a day, I would have to delete all but the core directories and regenerate the Visual Studio project. It was a terrible development experience. I wondered how people built games with this tool.
The Solution:
For this class, we used 5.4. It was a wonderful experience. It handled five developers checking in code and compiling with almost no issues. I'm looking forward to continuing with Unreal Engine.
